This house is located in the best area of the city! It seems that you are in the center of the city, but there is silence here, a bridge is a few meters away, you have passed it, and the bustle of the left bank begins there! The view from the windows is amazing on Ak-Orda, the Pyramid, the Hazret Sultan Mosque, the Manumentum, the Presidential Park, and the Ishim River! The trees in the park are growing every year, and the park is becoming more and more beautiful. Bunnies are running in the park now, birds are singing, you can run, ride a bike, or just walk, take a walk, and get some fresh air! On the left bank, where one residential complex looks at another residential complex, and they stand close to each other, whereas here Khayvil Ishim stands in front of a huge Presidential Park, where it is very spacious and comfortable!
