A wonderful hotel with wonderful rooms. Great spa upstairs! =) but the truth is the sauna did not work at least on September 13 and 14, 2023, which upset:(

Windows are not washed at all!!!it's not very nice for 5 stars, they said at the reception, they answered our management it's not interesting, the rooms have very very dirty windows!and after the comments, they do nothing, they have recorded everything and we will send them to the president on their website, let it be a shame!
