The hotel is wonderful, we enjoyed our stay!

The massage is good , there are some complaints about the nuances of seovis:they did not ask for a questionnaire before the procedure , did not find out if there were contraindications, did not provide a choice of massage oil until they asked for it themselves

The air conditioner was working hard and it was fresh, I was frozen, and this is already a minus for relaxation

Everything is great here! Starting from clean rooms and ending with the beach. Great food. Atmosphere. This hotel is suitable for a family holiday, for a romantic trip, for newlyweds. I definitely recommend it!

A great hotel, but not cheap!
I just returned, we had a rest for the second time.
We rented a villa, an ideal option for a vacation with a child.
+Your own access to the pool.
+Large living room.
+Large balcony.
+ Silence in the evening.
+ Transfer on the territory of the hotel (and it is huge)
If you choose a hotel for families with children, it is a great option.

The territory of the hotel is huge and the zoning is perfect. It gives the impression that there are practically no people in the hotel.
The staff is very friendly. Excellent nutrition.
Personally, the main plus for our family is the close location from the airport. Literally 20 minutes and you're at the hotel (you can't hear the airport).
The contingent is British, Germans. Intelligent.

Great room - lived in Lake House (its own access to a private pool, spacious and new). It's a large area, but the routes are well thought out. The food is fine.
Cons (remarks) :
I didn't really like the beach, gray sand, heavy sunbeds that you carry yourself, etc
. There are questions about cleaning - the maids come when they want, they don't report hygiene products normally. Once we saw three maids in the next room dancing with music instead of cleaning
The hotel itself is located in a very quiet location. You can say in the wilderness - the nearest village is Sarigerme in five minutes, there is one street and that's it.
For some, this is a plus, we don't really like it.
Overall, a good hotel, but there are disadvantages (which you don't expect from a Hilton)

A rich selection of dishes on the buffet. We changed dishes from the chef every day! Very tasty! A nice room with a terrace where you can sit, equipped with armchairs and a table, and a dryer for swimwear. The room is spacious, slightly tired. Separate toilet and bathroom and separate area with sink. Convenient!
Of the minuses:We couldn't have lunch at the restaurant on the menu, because you can't just come, you have to book, and the booking office is open until 18.00. Although there are 6 themed restaurants on the territory, but we couldn't get into any of them. In the morning you don't think about dinner, and in the evening you can no longer book((

Great big hotel!
The food is very tasty and varied, there are a lot of opportunities for interesting time on a huge territory.
I can't write anything about a-la carte restaurants yet, we haven't been there yet, but it doesn't seem necessary, the main restaurant is doing a great job :)
The beach is very large, there are few people - the sea is all at our disposal :)
A lot of programs for guests during the day, cycling, aqua aerobics, shooting - this is what we tried.
Two zones for evening performances, an amphitheater and a stage in the Breeze bar, loud and fun :)
We are here for the third day out of 14 and everything is very good, we recommend it!!

A great hotel, I liked almost everything: the room is very large and practical. There is everything you need, if something is missing, they will bring it right away. For example, I needed more hangers. Meals for 4+. Neither you nor your child will remain hungry. There is even gluten-free bread. The 16+ pool area saved from very active little Englishmen. There are always free sun beds by the sea, but it is very hot there and the sand is heated to the limit and small umbrellas from the sun. I was also pleased with the animation. Not intrusive and there were movies, circus, disco, etc. Very tasty ice cream. Alcohol for three, everything is Turkish, but now it's practically the same everywhere. The staff tries to please and this is the main thing, that is, the service is still there!

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take many photos, but I would like to note the level of this hilton. Meals and rooms are at a height. The cuisine is one of the best among the hotels in Dalaman, such a variety, including coffee and alcohol, is rarely found anywhere. The staff is excellent.

Hello everyone If someone is going to go to this hotel during the May holidays, I do not recommend it. The service is at the level of four. The pools are very cold, the beach is dirty. The food is monotonous, everything is in a bunch of time, there is no animation as such. The hotel is asking for repairs, the rooms are cleaned superficially, there is no sound insulation!The service in the main restaurant is very dependent on the waiter, he did not leave a tip, then do not expect that they will be happy to suit you. The territory is large.

Due to the location of the river nearby, the water in the sea can be green and muddy. The beach is not equipped with five stars for sure! And God forbid that you get to Kuiram Bayram like us!!! Good afternoon! I am here now. And I'm shocked!!!! Has Hilton's level dropped or Turkey's????? I paid 200 million. And here it is elementary dirty . The beach is probably in Anapa somewhere. No one even comes up to him to remove it !!!! We came from the sea , but to approach him . The room is so old, just like in Cuba!!! It's an imbroglio. The main building needs Renovation!!! The territory is not cleaned and well-groomed from the word at all!!!! Well , you can 't do that . My vacation is ruined! There are absolutely no employees at the reception.

- clear sea (but a sharp descent) is not convenient for children

- tired rooms
- there is simply no cleaning. They constantly forgot to put clean towels on. For 5 people, 1 towel was left.
- the staff is tired and not friendly
- the food in the restaurant is monotonous. It's the same thing every day
- dirty dishes are not removed from the tables at all
- shower on the beach without pressure. You will wash off the salt for half a day)
