The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very convenient. The rooms
are spacious and clean, except for the toilet, which is not very clean, it smells like sewage. There is tea and coffee, kettle, iron, refrigerator. It is better not to turn on the ventilation, it smells musty. The hotel has a typical problem, which is described in reviews on tour forums and which we also faced: if you pay for a hotel on booking, tourist and city taxes are already included there, and this is written in the voucher, but the hotel tries to collect these taxes at check-out again. Therefore, it is necessary to take a booking voucher in German with you. Another problem of the hotel is attempts to collect money for breakfast already paid for when booking. We paid for breakfast for 2 people at the booking, and the hotel said that breakfast was paid for one person, we need to pay more than 70 euros for the second for 3 days. They refused, one person went to breakfast, as the second was on a diet. So at the check-out, the hotel staff tried to bill for this breakfast again. Therefore, the advice is to book a hotel without breakfast to avoid double payment, and pay on the spot. Check the accounts carefully. And keep in mind that it will take you half an hour to leave with all these proceedings. In general, I also want to warn you that the Dresden Gallery is closed until February 27, we did not get there. Also, after the robbery, the istric green vaults were closed, it is unknown when they will open. By and large, there is nothing to see in Dresden in the coming months.
