I have been to different hotels and there is something to compare it with. The hotel needs renovation. Maybe not much, but still. The prices in the hotel are high - on the street the same water that the wine-maker puts on a small bottle per person (3 for four) costs a few times cheaper. Upon arrival, $ 1000 is blocked on the card, upon departure, the amount spent is debited again. In total, there is no access to a sufficiently large amount. The waiters of the restaurant are unhurried - you can eat while drinks are brought. The beach is crowded :(
It seems like all the little things, but it runs together.

We have been to the hotel 2 times. If we are in Dubai, we will choose this hotel again. Wonderful staff, the hotel itself is very conveniently located, and most importantly its own beach. The hotel makes discounts, so it turns out not very expensive.

Nice hotel. Not new itself, but the repair was done for 8 years on the pump, apparently, but everything is in good condition and there is no noise insulation. Breakfast is not very good, but it has its own access to the sea, a lot of sun beds and free Internet. Another of the minuses is a huge deposit and one of the pluses is a good location.
