I'm from Kazakhstan, Almaty. came there to see Astana. I knew that Hilton is worthy hotel, but I didn't know that good. I chose this hotel because of location(close to Khan Shatyr and Baiterek). One of the highlighting thing is personal. there was one young man Temirlan, he was very polite and good for me. It's seen that he really likes his job🙌

A normal, good-quality hotel. It is conveniently located - not far from Bayterek, opera, good restaurants, shops. The breakfasts are not very advanced, but they are quite edible and varied. The fan was not working in my room, it was stuffy (opening the window was not an option, outside, and even the smog was hanging), but there are no complaints. The staff is polite and multilingual. There is a small shop and a bar in the lobby

Hello everyone
This is my first time living in the Hilton Garden INN. I am very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, cleanliness, and the whole atmosphere of this hotel. Nice people work here, attentive. The rooms are cozy, there is absolutely everything for breakfast: meat, fish, milk, vegetables, etc. Fully justifies the strong 4 stars. I would like to mention the Gaukharya employee, who always comes with kind energy and a smile, asks how you are, and then we solve the issues :)).

Great cozy hotel, spacious, clean rooms, the location is the most advantageous. I often stop here when I visit Astana for work. I notice that the quality of cleaning is also at the highest level. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for three weeks and were very satisfied. I would like to mention that the breakfasts are very tasty and varied, there has always been a choice for every taste. Of the advantages, I would note the location, comfortable beds, breakfast, attentive and diligent staff (for example, the girl Aygul, who cleaned the room on 04/23/2025, exceeded my cleaning wishes three times).
One of the disadvantages is the central air conditioner, which did not work on the warm days of April..

Nice hotel in the center of Astana. We booked a two-room suite (the price was cheaper than the 2 standard), stayed with a family with two children. It's clean, cozy, and the beds are comfortable. An excellent hotel, this applies to the location, service, and attitude to the residents. The staff is ready to help and give maximum information, as well as help with any questions that arise. Delicious and varied breakfasts, a comfortable and cozy bar.
There is a small gap between the temperature in the room and in the restaurant. (the rooms are hot and had to open the windows, the restaurant is cool, there is not enough heat)

A great hotel, we came to visit our capital from Karaganda with our daughters, had a great rest at your hotel. Very friendly staff, cleanliness, comfortable conditions in accordance with price and quality. The location of the hotel itself is very convenient - I poked around in Khan Shatyr, left my purchases in the room and went for a walk. The next morning I took a sauna and warmed up in the fitness room! The girls and I really liked it! The hotel is difficult to evaluate. On the one hand, excellent staff, good cleaning. No complaints about bed linen. I had acceptable Wi-Fi in my room. The location is also quite good, there are a lot of interesting things within walking distance.
With another… It feels strange: the carpet is like in a murdered hotel without stars. The door frame in my bathroom fell out every day. Keys are periodically demagnetized. At the reception, the girl tries to prove that this is because "you kept a card in your pocket with some kind of iron." It's funny, because a bunch of people with the same problem immediately come up.
It would be nice to wash the windows more often. Yes, I know, there are strong winds in Astana, dust from the steppes. But since you called yourself Hilton, you need to wash it.
Breakfasts are scarce for four stars. But the chefs, in principle, are on the level, if you're lucky, you can run into pancakes with ham, it's very tasty. But such a belly feast is not every day. So - breakfasts at the 2-star level in Dubai. But our Hilton will lose miserably to the local "three-piece".
It was not by chance that I mentioned Dubai. I traveled in the summer, 4 stars were cheaper in Dubai (in winter, of course, not so much - more expensive). But - 700-800 meters from the hotel there is an interesting construction Khan Shatyr, the world's most gigantic "yurt". Yes, there is no such thing even in the Emirates)))
...Returning to the Hilton. In general, if the administration carries out a cosmetic renovation, convinces the chefs to cook more, then it is a decent option for Astana.

The other day I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Astana, and I want to share my impressions.
The location of the hotel is very convenient - close to the airport and the main attractions of the city. The rooms are clean and cozy, with modern renovation and all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and ready to help in any situation.
I especially want to mention the breakfast - it was very varied and delicious. Besides the standard dishes, there were many local delicacies that I had not tried before.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and a fitness center, which I did not have time to visit, but I will definitely do it next time.
In general, the Hilton Garden Inn left me with only positive impressions, and I can confidently recommend it for living in Astana.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside, the location is very cool, the very center, but the inside is old. The reception, the restaurant and the elevators look even less, but the room stock leaves much to be desired, there is an old carpet on the floor, everything is smoked, no flavors, the rooms are old, clean, but not modern: decoration, plumbing, a curtain in the bathroom - like Baba Klava from Khrushchev's apartment. Honestly, it's just like in a shower hotel, definitely not a Hilton. But the service at the reception is at the highest level, well done guys! They are friendly, responsive to requests, very nice! We left the car for storage in the parking lot at the hotel - no problem, no extra charge. The breakfasts are good, delicious, pleasant, porridge, scrambled eggs, omelets, Kazakh sweets.

The location is just perfect – the hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions of the city.
The staff at the hotel is friendly. The room was clean and cozy. The three of us were comfortably accommodated. We are a family and my son is 14 years old.
We settled in quickly too. Breakfast was not taken.

Large rooms. They clean it well.
Good and high-quality breakfasts - delicious and fresh dishes, excellent service. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m.
Bar from 11. The kitchen is in the bar until 22 o'clock. The cooking is good. A little expensive.
Near the hotel within walking distance: shopping malls, theater, cafes, restaurants.
High-rise buildings, embassies of Ukraine and Estonia can be seen from the windows looking at the roadway.

We were here in May 2022, we really liked it. Clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are very tasty and with a large selection (we ordered a buffet). I didn't have a chance to try the dinner, it's probably good too.
There is a free gym.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the magnificent opera and Ballet Theater, ticket prices there are very affordable. You can walk along the boulevard, the chic center of the new capital of Kazakhstan. There is also a large modern shopping center Khan Shatar within walking distance.
