By the way, Italians wear shoes in their apartments, perhaps that's why. The air conditioner is set to a maximum of 24 degrees and this is nothing for ice floors. It's uncomfortable. We went to ask for a kettle, it was not in the room, although this option is stated. We even went to the fitness center for a paper cup, took it from the cooler, there were no glasses or water in the room. Compared to the Hilton in Russia, when they give you a warm cookie at the reception, and you can open the window at night thanks to the central heating, it's sad. Take disposable slippers with you. I liked the sensitive attitude of the manager, who answered all questions and quickly solved them: kettle, water. Upgraded the room at our request. But the floor is still icy. The breakfasts are meager. They can fry an egg at your request.
The hotel is perfectly located: a quiet place five minutes from the metro station. A comfortable room. But! You need to keep your eyes open! Upon check-in, we paid all fees, clarified:"This is all? Don't we owe you anything else?" It's good that you paid with a card. Upon check-out at the reception, they demanded more money, and in a larger amount. And only after our firm refusal and reference to the terms of placement on the Booking, the claims were withdrawn. It is clear that an unscrupulous employee decided that in the early morning, sleepless tourists would unfasten the euro without unnecessary questions. But it didn't work out!

Comfortable room, nice and beautiful. The breakfasts were not very varied, the fire alarm light in the room was flashing right above the bed, it interfered at night.
