An old hotel, a tired look. The staff speaks almost no English, except for the concierge and the reception. The incident with ordering a taxi was on top: in the evening, the concierge wrote down where I was going, what kind of car I needed, etc., and in the morning he said that there was no taxi and no one had ordered it. Then he brought me a piece of paper on which he wrote down the time and address himself, asked "is this yours" and went to look for a car. Know the comments))
The price does not match the quality of the hotel. Poor noise isolation of the rooms. Even in the rooms of non-smokers the smell of tobacco. Breakfast for 3 points out of 5.
A wonderful hotel. The rooms are very cozy, the stained glass windows allow you to enjoy the view, the service is excellent. Clean, good hygiene kits, very high-quality wraps for every taste. The subway is a bit far, but a walk in the fresh air after a hearty breakfast is very useful
