Good afternoon! I recommend the Hotel, I really liked it. European style, clean, well-groomed territory, excellent service, friendly, smiling, responsive and friendly staff, delicious food. This is my first time in Egypt - I fell in love with the country and the Atmosphere. I want to thank you separately: the hotel Guide Biblio Globus Mosef for professionalism and individual approach - picked up cool excursions: I went to Cairo to the Pyramids accompanied by Hassan's Guide (11/22.24 - Cleopatra group, the lost girl in the hat), I really liked the tour, thanks to the Guide it was informative, energetic, organized and most importantly I thank Hassan for his love and respect for the Motherland and traditions, he conveyed this energy and atmosphere. We went with our family on a boat trip Voyage 3.11.24 (celebrated the other son Egor) - I really liked it. I thank the Guide Jafar and the crew of the Voyage yacht for their cleanliness, clarity, sincerity, positivity, professional work, impressions, fun, individual approach and love for their work. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. I thank the receptionist Julia - a very nice, friendly, clear-cut girl. All the Animation guys are fun, clear, professional and exciting. I thank the staff of the hotel and the beach for their kindness and open heart without hypocrisy. I especially want to mention Mohamad Sobhy for his respectful attitude, mood, and delicious coffee on the beach. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. A great hotel, I visited it many times more than 20 years ago, in 2002-2004. Then it was smaller and HB, and now AI, which slightly reduced the level of service. But still, Hilton is Hilton. Excellent rooms (we rented a two-storey chalet on the first line), excellent food, although AI introduced an element of a five-star dining room, good territory, a lot of things for children (aqua park, kids club, there is a place to walk, good animators). I also want to add about the excellent WiFi coverage throughout the hotel, up to the farthest couch - a confident seamless reception. In general, in Hurghada, I consider only Mariott to be an alternative on the opposite side of the village, which is smaller and a little more pretentious. Yes, they also built an excellent shopping center with a Karefour on the ground floor right behind the fence, where you can buy sweets and mangoes for the road without haggling and harassment :)

A wonderful hotel with wonderful people.) Excellent chefs and delicious food, clean vast territory with lots of flowers and palm trees, very cheerful, active and sociable animators and a huge pile of entertainment.
