We stayed at this hotel in early January.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff for an unforgettable stay, especially to the Turkan employee, for understanding, respect and caring for the guests!
From the very moment I checked in, I felt the atmosphere of hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to every request. The room turned out to be very clean, cozy and beautifully decorated, which created an incredible feeling of homeliness.
I would also like to mention the variety and quality of the dishes in the restaurant. The breakfasts were amazing — fresh produce, a large selection of dishes for every taste. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a very tasty and plentiful dinner.
The nice territory is well maintained and clean, everything is green. Thank you to the hotel for a well-organized stay. I'm leaving with pleasant impressions and full of emotions. I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The second half of November. The weather and the sea are perfect! The ebb is even interesting. The sea is clean, especially when compared with Dubai Marina)
But for this we planned a vacation in Ras al Khaimah. I chose the hotel carefully. And I was not mistaken! I wanted to remove the star for the construction site in the sea opposite, but I did not. Yes, there is a place to be. But for some reason, on the second day it stops annoying. By the year 28, there will be a casino and the atmosphere in general, the sea and the price will be different.
In the meantime, I want to come back! Absolutely everything met our expectations.
All the Staff is trying very hard!
The girls Svetlana and Sofia at the reception and at the concierge service are always ready to help with any question.

We stayed at this hotel in October. A gorgeous hotel. The food is very tasty. Huge rooms. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the rooms. Water is brought every day. There are three swimming pools on the territory. The sea is nearby. The sea is gorgeous. Deck chairs should be occupied early in the morning to lie under an umbrella. If you take everything included, then there is a large assortment of alcohol. The hotel is beautiful and huge like a castle. We really liked it.

I had a vacation with my wife at the end of November 2024. I liked everything! The room (!) is just great! With a kitchen, kettle and refrigerator! (Fortunately, an acquaintance suggested it).. I took a jug with a filter with me. Very helpful! Bottled water is provided for 1 liter per day per person. The food is varied. The beach is sandy (1 coast next to the hotel). Hamra Mall is 20 minutes from the hotel. The Council.. If you like branded sportswear,.. don't forget the cash in $, and be sure to return the receipt at the airport,/' of the purchase amount.

I had a rest in the 1st half of October, I knew that there might be a construction site nearby, what the pier and the casino opposite were doing. Yes, during the day you can hear and see the excavator on the pier, but this was the only negative.
Room 86 meters, ocean view. Everything is OK. Not all rooms have balconies.
There are few people in the hotel, it's quiet, as I like it. I liked the food, it can be better, but this is a different cost of hotels. I took FB plus, Ala kart lunches, which is also good.
The beach is a little worse than the neighboring movenpik, but in general it is OK for the UAE. Sometimes it ebbs all day.
There are always enough sun loungers for everyone. For children: a children's club with a closed outdoor playground, a water area with fountains and a river, part of a large swimming pool and water slides. There are few children. The continent is intelligent, there are many Russian speakers.
The coolest thing is the staff and service: everyone is friendly, issues are solved.
The territory is beautiful and green. I didn't see any mosquitoes. You can walk along the embankment and along the beach to the end of the Sofitel, or you can walk along the golf courses.
A hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere, where you want to return.

But in front of the hotel, in the sea, there is a construction site and lying on the beach we observe a ferry with an escovator that takes sand and stones out of the water. I've always liked it here. Almost nothing has changed since the renovation. But everything is working properly now.
Questions only to the sea. Apparently, due to the construction of this bulk island in the neighborhood, the ecosystem was disrupted. But there is no end to small crabs. They pinch. It doesn't hurt, but it's unpleasant. Then we moved to Ajman - there are no living creatures in the sea at all - perfect.
But the Waldorf Hotel itself is a gem, of course. After that, it will be difficult for you to get to the UAE. Whether you need it is up to you to decide.

We were here last week. I do not recommend the hotel. Tired rooms and the interior in general. The photo of the rooms from the website does not correspond to reality. Be careful, because the photos of the rooms on the site are mostly from the tower, which is now CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. The beach is not bad, but when we were there it was very shallow.
Of the disadvantages, we had to wait about an hour at the entrance for our room to be prepared. The administration informed us at our arrival only after registration that it turns out our room is not ready yet. We waited for 1.5 hours of extra time, although we arrived even a little later than the check-in time. Unpleasant.
And upon departure, it turned out that they wind up additional taxes for each position, consisting of three positions and in the total account is about + 15%! This is the first time I have come across this type of deception, because no one warns about it at the entrance, keep in mind or clarify immediately.
On the plus side: Good food, liked the European cuisine restaurant inside. It's pretty tasty. The breakfasts are also good. A comfortable and large family pool. There are not many activities, but nevertheless I liked yoga. There is a promenade that connects the hotel with neighboring hotels. The territory is green, but the paths are not functionally thought out enough, some of them were under repair.
Summing up, I want to say that this hotel was very disappointing. Expectations have absolutely not justified themselves, and the photos on the site are at odds with reality.

I really enjoyed my vacation at Al Hamra Residents. Spacious cool rooms, beautiful interior of the hotel, very smiling and friendly staff. Beautiful landscaping, several dozen types of vegetation around the hotel and a beautiful white beach lying close to the territory, outdoor pools. Beautiful blue jellyfish, starfish, fish. The local streets are very clean and green, there is a mall nearby. You can have a nice time walking 🙂🙂near the hotel. 🇦🇪

A quiet place for a great vacation from big cities. Great hotel. The rooms are large. The staff is friendly. The food is delicious, the sea (bay) is warm. The beach is great. Bartenders pour with a bang during the day! Be sure to go on excursions to Oman and Safari (jeep rides in the desert).

The hotel is large with its own large beach. The sunbeds stand at a decent distance from each other, which gives a kind of privacy. Towels can be taken by yourself, but usually they are brought by electric car directly to the selected sunbed, plus they are given ice water. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one of which, as I understand it, is only for vacationers without children.
The reception staff greeted us kindly, answered all your questions, were ready to help solve any problem that arose. All the staff speaks English, but usually there is one person in the teams who understands Russian.
The rooms are large. We had a Family Deluxe with a view of the golf course. In the room we had two double beds, two large TVs, a coffee machine, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, a large wardrobe, a separate bathtub, a shower, a toilet with a bidet and a huge balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily, sometimes twice a day. Towels were changed every day.
The power was taken by FB++. This plan includes breakfast, dinner buffet, lunch on a separate menu in the a la carte restaurant Azur (also a menu, only items included in FB++ go without prices) and any two drinks per person for breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The buffet is not as varied as in Turkey, but the food was all delicious and the choice of dishes was quite decent. A waiter is attached to each table. The waiters are all polite, friendly. Cooks move around the hall along the tables with food, who make sure that the dishes are always full. You can also specify the composition of each dish from them.
The cuisine at the Azur restaurant was simply gorgeous. All the dishes from the menu were delicious and, most importantly for us, not spicy. The portions of each dish were quite large.
A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center where you can stock up on souvenirs, small things, as well as buy various goodies in the supermarket. The prices are quite reasonable (especially when compared with Dubai).

Very nice hotel. A gorgeous beach, a great pool, there are playgrounds and a couple of water slides for children and teenagers. The service is excellent.
The cuisine is also excellent, both in restaurants and with room service.
In May, there were jellyfish in the sea (not a lot, but be careful). Jellyfish are blue in the water.

For inexpensive shopping souvenirs, take a taxi and go to the old town , a chain of data stores. Taxi 50 dirhams one way,so cooperate with someone
