It is a one-room apartment, a 2-bedroom bed, good linen. Clean, tidy, the kitchen, toilet and bathroom are freshly renovated, no smells. The stove is gas, almost new, a small amount of kitchen utensils.
Better than expectations.
What is clearly missing is a microwave to heat something up.
If it's like a budget business trip, it's very normal.

I had a chance to spend the night in this hotel. It is difficult to speak unequivocally. It seems to be good, room 6 (standard) consists of two rooms and a small kitchen. There are 62 channels of TV, hot water, refrigerator. The repair was not bad at the time, now it is tired. It seems to be good, but the smell in the bedroom seems to have been lived by some kind of person before me. There is not a single hook or towel rack in the bathroom, after taking a shower, you need to go into the room to dry yourself wet. The bedspread on the bed, I don't know how to describe it, it was unpleasant to take it in my hands. In general, I can't put more than three.

The receptionists are polite, friendly, will answer all questions and help you choose the right room (we needed two and a side). The rooms are clean, but the sound insulation is not very good, there are necessary cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a TV, towels. Parquet floors (carpet in some rooms)- slippers won't hurt))) There is only a small piece of soap in the bathroom. There is a parking lot for a small number of cars. A cafe in one of the entrances.
There are two shops within walking distance. In the next yard there is a Playground and just a place for a walk.
The place is quite quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is a typical five-storey building, the apartments of which are rooms. Each room has a kitchen with a minimum set of kitchen utensils. If you are going on a long business trip, this is a good option. The rooms, regardless of the renovation and its freshness, are all clean. There is a cafe in one of the entrances, the food in it is good!

Nice girls work in the hotel staff, good coffee in the morning and breakfast. The place is quiet and cozy. The location is acceptable, but due to the repair of one bridge, there may be problems with access to the city center during rush hours. I put a solid 4 for everything!!

There are dishes, a refrigerator, a gas stove, a TV. I especially liked the presence of glasses and an ashtray. Good repair, cleanliness, absence of cockroaches and other stuff. After Russian hotels of this type, the impressions are the best. The passage to the room is not through the reception, so you can safely drive pretty girls and come drunk.
One of the disadvantages is that the slamming of the neighbors' doors is clearly audible. Especially at night, the cave is clear. There are decent pubs in the area, it's like paradise for me.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. It is difficult to get to the meat processing plant area and beyond. The rooms are not bad, but somehow uncomfortable. There is practically no choice in the cafe in the evening. But you can order some simple dish for a certain time the next day. The rooms are clean, the kitchen has a gas stove, everything for cooking. The hotel is located in a five-storey building, there is no elevator.

Great place, highly recommended. Apartments with kitchen and dishes, freshly renovated , cozy and comfortable beds. Price Quality👍 The staff is responsive and friendly. I also really liked the local pet cat (although no one is in a hurry to castrate the poor guy and take him home) I'm taking off the star because the water is turned off in the summer, and boilers are not provided in all rooms. And a room with a boiler is disproportionately expensive.

The bathroom plug was barely found (it was in the MIRROR).4. The sink is clogged. 5. There were unpleasant odors when you first entered the room. But this is only less than half of the problems associated with this number. And if you eliminate at least these problems, then in my opinion this room was rated 5 stars at that time. And so far, 4.

A bedroom with a huge double bed, wardrobe, TV, armchair, bedside tables, a small table and access to the balcony. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a gas stove, a table, chairs, a T-shirt and lockers. The cabinets have all the necessary utensils for cooking and consuming food. Separate bathroom and toilet. For a long-term stay, that's what you need! There is a bar in the adjacent entrance of the building where you can have a snack if you do not have time or desire to cook something yourself.
