As a result, the kharcho warmed unevenly (apparently in the microwave) managed to cool down to a slightly warm state, the khinkali when they were brought had time to cool down and the dough absorbed all the sauce that should be inside. And I could understand this state of affairs with a tight fit, but when I made an order, besides me, four more tables were occupied, two were sitting at two, one girl and one company of four women, mine was the fifth and I was alone, well, that is, not to say that the waiters were on the break. The order was accepted when I already started pulling my hand like a schoolboy, about 15 minutes after I sat down and the menu was brought. Previously, upon arrival, I went there and ordered home every other day, now I went to Minsk once in two weeks and did not want to anymore.

They cook well. It's crowded in the evening. The most comfortable time to visit is lunch. It's delicious, the portions are large. Order carefully. You don't have to eat everything. Not a bad homemade wine.

Good khinkalnya, convenient location. It's nice that there is a fixed-price lunch menu, but this menu has become more similar to the dining room: sausages do not fit into my vision of a Georgian lunch)
But still a very affordable price for 3 dishes.
Friends complained about the quality of the food for delivery or takeaway, but I have never used this service.
And the food in the hall is delicious and varied.

On the evening of June 6, we visited this institution. We live next door in a residential area and this is one of those places that our family visits. And before, there were no complaints about cooking
there were no dishes for service in the cafe. The son traditionally ordered one of the khachapuri dishes in Adjarian, the dish was brought quickly, but the dough was not baked, or rather it was baked only from above, the son cut off several pieces and when he was convinced that the dish was still raw, we invited the waiter and asked to change the dish.Imagine our surprise when the manager girl came up to us and insisted that everything was fine and this was such a dish. We made several slices from different sides and explained that the choice was not accidental and we order khachapuri in this place all the time and we understand the difference between raw dough and a ready-made dish. At the end of the debate, we were offered either to replace the dish or not to include it in the receipt . We asked to change the dish, the manager agreed , but when she left, she said that the dish would be the same anyway . The new order was brought by another waiter, the dish was already prepared correctly. There was no apology from the manager, and the staff, led by the manager, began to come in and inspect our meal. Such rudeness is simply surprising.

The waiters at least start SMILING! Please, just once. Please wish a pleasant appetite, and do not just put the food on the edge of the table with a dissatisfied face and leave!
Please learn how to make a "Check-back", ask the guests "did you like everything? "or "was everything delicious?"
Especially with chefs like yours.
The most important thing is that the admins of the guys are the same. I discuss my daily problems with the guests, which the guest should know about at all.
Either everyone needs to be trained, or the entire staff needs to be changed!

Ordered to take away. There were the least questions to khachapuri - they just overexposed, due to which the sides burned and the egg became hard. I didn't notice any exclusives with the sides. Kharcho sucks completely, hardy pieces of beef with a huge overabundance of rice plus pepper and that's it... And where are the onions, coriander or some other herb and the rest of the ingredients? Just a spicy rice soup with beef. Khinkali ordered two sets of five with greens, one without. There was only one serving with greens in the order - pork. I agree with one of the previous reviews - some kind of cheap structureless and tasteless minced meat from a nearby store. Without greens, there would be no taste at all. Khinkali with beef and mutton tastes better, although I didn't feel any difference between them at all. Then it makes sense to take more expensive ones with mutton, if at best they put it in minced meat for the smell - a dubious pleasure. Yes, there were cracked khinkali, but I consider this objectively when delivering hot dough in foil. It is impossible to visually distinguish different Khinkali. Although there is an instruction application with a different node, in practice all are the same. Then sign the boxes or something. Disappointed. There is no comparison with the Georgian buy.... And yet, we ordered initially through Yandex. food, indicating the restaurant on the international as with the best reviews, as a result, we made delivery from Dzerzhinsky. Although it was possible to warn the girl from the reception desk. From Dzerzhinsky, I myself could pick up at the expense of 15 rubles of overpayment after driving a couple of meters.
