There are no questions about the staff, interior and atmosphere.
Since I really love Georgian cuisine and am a regular guest of this network (only in Minsk), I want to mention a few unpleasant points.
1. The food tastes very different. Khinkali: they overdid the seasonings, there was a strong burning sensation in the mouth and there was an unpleasant aftertaste of meat.
Carmice salad. The highlight of this salad is in the dressing. What I ate is fundamentally different from what is served in Minsk.
It tastes like an ordinary vegetable salad with chicken.
2. The price. In Minsk, prices are the same in all establishments of this chain (regardless of location). As I understand it, this institution was opened in Pinsk under a franchise.
But if you compare prices, then one dish is 2-4 rubles more expensive. Is renting in Pinsk so much more expensive than in the center of Minsk?for comparison, Katmis salad in Minsk costs 11 rubles, in Pinsk 14 rubles.
Before visiting the Khinkalnya in Pinsk, I had already heard about the tasteless cuisine. But I wanted to see for myself. Unfortunately, it turned out that way.

Naturally, we thought about where to stay and eat. It so happened that the Khinkalnaya is located directly opposite the hotel where we stayed. We thought that we would eat the national cuisine of Belarus everywhere, but that was not the case. They couldn't get past this khinkalnaya. There are always happy people sitting there. And we wanted to try khinkali. Very pleasant atmosphere, music, everything is clean and tidy. The waitress girls are polite and attentive. It is impossible to stop at some khinkali in such a place, they ordered fried suluguni cheese, vegetables, etc. In general, after a hearty lunch or dinner, I do not want to move... Thank you, it's very tasty and the prices are not shocking.

I really didn't like the work of the waiters:they came with flowers, no one put them in a vase until after 10 minutes we ourselves asked for it; empty dishes and bottles, napkins are not removed until you ask for it.We were sitting on the 2nd floor:there were 2 waiters, we realized that the tables were not fixed for the waiters:then one will serve, then the other (no one brought bread until they were reminded) and if they leave, then together, and then no one can be found.The headboard of the sofas with a huge layer of dust, it feels like they have never been cleaned.The food is delicious, except for meat cuts (it is impossible to eat and does not look very good). The impression of the institution remained Bad.

I don't know where so many fresh good reviews come from, but looking at the institution from the first day of opening, everything has obviously become worse, the service continues to surprise with a lack of quality, but it's a shame that the kitchen has now become noticeably worse. If this is a Georgian cuisine restaurant, then the portions should not be samples of the dish, business lunches are generally a separate topic, is not the institution ashamed of what is in the picture and what they really bring…
The work of the waiters is some kind of chaos without meaning, really the administration can't get the job done. After all, this is not a one-time failure, it happens systematically and with deterioration.
Half of the empty tables are talking about it. They turned from one of the best establishments in the city into something incomprehensible.
Savings on everything and terrible service.
On the positive side, khinkali is still delicious.

Good afternoon! I want to share my sad visit to the khinkalnaya in Pinsk! The first is the service staff (complete indifference to customers), the second is the terrible cuisine (khinkali with mutton are disgusting, and in general is there mutton in them; khinkali with cheese - water and a drop of cheese inside; grapefruit juice was diluted with water), the order was 40 minutes and this is probably because we were constantly wondering when we will be served an order. And the most interesting thing is that they brought 11 khinkali, and the 12th was brought in 10 minutes))) In general, the evening was completely ruined. We will not go to this institution anymore!
Employees and management of this institution should learn from the employees of the Mumo! They saved a spoiled evening with their hospitality and delicious food! Thank you Mumo so much!
