After staying at this hotel at the end of October, I put a low rating on Booking.com .
"I don't understand where the 9+ reviews come from... The terrible smell of sewage. The floors creak. They walk along the corridor at night and you can hear it. The bed is dilapidated. The ceiling light is flickering. The soap holder is broken off in the shower."
The hotel retroactively cancelled my reservation due to my no-show and deleted the review accordingly.
The reviews are not objective. The hotel is behaving abominably.
Don't stop here.

a very good place, a unique terrace, surrounded by greenery, a wall of grapes. everything is new in the rooms, the people working are very pleasant and responsive. The location is top!

The hotel is small. 5-6 rooms. The room is comfortable. New furniture. A good bathroom. The breakfasts are simple, sufficient, closer to home. The location of the hotel is convenient, there may be problems with parking. But for Tbilisi, parking is difficult everywhere. The management of the hotel is excellent. Very warm attitude, sincerely glad to communicate with the guests. To go with a guest for half an hour to help find an exchanger with the best exchange rate is them. I was very touched that when we left at 5 a.m., from 3 a.m. the manager herself started frying pies for us to have breakfast and on the road. The staff of the hotel is the main value of this hotel

The hotel is super! I recommend it! It is located near the city Center, near the Ibis hotel, near the river, an excellent Georgian House restaurant, a theater. As soon as we entered the threshold, and immediately the Georgian hospitality-we were greeted with wine, exclusive and very tasty!) There are few rooms in the hotel, it is very cozy and original. There is a terrace covered with grapes, the hotel is organized in an old house, the courtyard is typical. Breakfast will be prepared for you, everything will be suggested and recommended. The atmosphere is warm and sincere. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, refrigerator. It's nice to sit on the street at any time of the day, drink coffee, taste grapes directly from the vine) This is an incredible Place!

I liked it: the proximity to the railway station and a beautiful veranda, friendly staff. I didn't like it: the smell of sewage, noisy.

The reality of staying at the hotel exceeded all expectations! First of all, this is due to the wonderful people who work at the hotel. Thank you for your attentive attitude and kindness!!! Overall: everything is very clean, all the amenities are there, comfortable beds. We rented two rooms with friends - both are good! Thanks Irma, Sofia and Stepan ☺️
