Quite a nice hotel. We were here for a few days, the price could be negotiated (out of season). There are a lot of rooms, I liked the Deluxe room, because the renovation is quite fresh, everything is clean.
But of course there is always something to complain about, for example, dim lighting (often in all hotels) and a little bit of sewage from the bathroom (partially solved by laying a drain on the floor, not a shower)
Peace and health to all, an excellent city hotel, I have already lived in it twice, excellent location, the sea is five minutes away at a brisk pace, cafes and restaurants nearby, many shops, near the city bus station, always quick check-in, excellent breakfast, fast and stable Wi-fi, I recommend the hotel for a short stay.
The hotel is not suitable for winter accommodation. We stayed in these units in 2022. Now, of course, everything is very ruined.
What are we personally facing now:
- the terrible smell of sewage
- dirty towels
- the bed linen was not changed after the previous tenants (+cigarette holes on the sheet)
- there are quite large areas of mold in the corners of the room
- there were cracks in the doors to the balcony, which was very noticeable in the cold February wind
- the kettle wasn't working
And the most important thing you need for a winter holiday in Alanya is an air conditioner. Unfortunately, it worked very poorly. Please note that the rooms in the hotel are divided into 2 categories: with and without air conditioning included in the price. Accordingly, the price is different, the cost of my room was 1k Turkish lira per day. My room was air-conditioned, All the settings were set up correctly (the reception person checked), we were warned that we needed to wait 20-30 minutes, the air conditioner would warm up and supply hot air. Alas, after 4 hours, the air was barely warm, and it remained.
I had to spend the night in my outerwear.
When asked to change the number, we were told the first time that there would be no rooms for exactly 2 days, and after that, it's not a fact that they would change.
We had to make the payment in cash, knowing this, the receptionist insisted on paying on the same day for all the days in advance, without trying to fix the above problems. Unfortunately, we could not come to terms with the living conditions and moved out ahead of schedule, spending one night
. P.S. If this review helps someone in the future, the room was located on the 5th floor and the windows faced north. If you plan your winter vacation in these devices, ask that the windows face south (towards the sea).
The balcony door wouldn't close in the room, which made it very cold and impossible to sleep. I went down to the reception and at first they told me that they couldn't do anything. I insisted and was reluctantly helped - the door was repaired. However, the room is still cold and it is impossible to sleep. I was told to pay 200 lire extra and turn on the air conditioner. I insisted that I be provided with acceptable living conditions without additional charges, but the receptionist doesn't care. It is impossible to sleep in the room because of the cold (initially due to their fault, the door was broken). They don't care at all. Pay 200 lire and that's it
It's average, but not bad for your money. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. The room is large, lived on the top floor. They cleaned every day. There are no spoons or forks in the room, and you can't take them from the restaurant to the room either. The man at the reception is rude. It was cold in the room, I slept under a blanket, it was not very comfortable. But the location in the very center, it was super. And there was also a view of the sea and the city - I also liked it very much
A good apartment hotel for your money. Cleaning every day, good Internet, swimming pool, everything is within walking distance, shops, cafes, not far from the beach. There is a port nearby.
But if you cook and eat there, then only breakfast. There are few dishes, we bought a salad bowl, a knife, a small refrigerator. In general, it's okay to spend the night and have breakfast for your money.
A small hotel, nice, the pool is clean, minus if the Windows overlook the road, it's noisy, there are cafes, shops, an exchange, a descent of 10 minutes to the sea.Polite staff, cleaning every day, bed linen, towels were changed often, kitchen with dishes, but there is not enough of it. I liked everything
I advise you to choose rooms only on the top floor of the deluxe, the most expensive, they are excellent in terms of conditions and rooms, the convenient location of the hotel is also always pleasing
But all the other rooms are dark, there is no hot water, there is no heating, until April it is just dark, well, the condition of the rooms
Norms in principle. There was clearly smoking in the room. A tired little hotelier. By the way, for the same money we were at *My Home Hotel* right there in Alanya. That really gorgeous hotel. In comparison, this hotel has 3 stars more.
The location is good.
Wi-Fi is weak, air conditioning is paid.
The room is spacious, two balconies, the kitchen is equipped, but the dishes are old.
There are shops, cafes and a bus stop nearby.
I booked through a booking prohibited here 1.5 months before the trip. The messages are answered every few days. There is no heating there, from the word at all. And not in the hot season, there is a wild oak tree in the apartment. Heating is offered from the air conditioner (for 5 euros per day, yeah). We settled in - there is also no hot water. We go to the reception, a conversation begins with the neighbors in the elevator - they checked in three days ago, they have a baby in their arms, and all this time there is no hot water. The manager promises to fix the water by morning. 20+ hours on the road to go to bed without washing and in the cold. There was still no hot water in the morning. And during the day. And in the evening. They were given a couple of hours late at night, they managed to wash up at the pace of the waltz. In the morning, hot water is intermittent again.
During the day we found another place to live and moved out.
Having agreed through the booking support, they canceled the reservation for the remaining time, took the money, and moved out.
It's not clean, the towels are old, there's no valet service, help carrying the suitcase, etc. leave all this Jul there's not even a glass of water in the room
A great hotel, a shop under the house, stands like a hostel in Moscow, although the shower has to wait to warm up, and in December it's cool without heating, especially at night, I just fucked up) the air conditioner was turned on at 30 degrees
I mixed up the reservation for a day ago. With a smile, the man at the Reception: there are free rooms, but you have a reservation for yesterday…
I have not seen such an attitude yet.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, overlooking the mountains and a piece of the sea. The rooms are large, though old. The air conditioner is paid, although it is not mentioned anywhere. The windows facing the street are not possible to sleep, as the noise is unbearable, tourist buses travel all night. I do not recommend this hotel!!!
The room is not like in the photo, but it is good. There is a kitchen, there are really few dishes. Great huge balcony. We looked great. But it is located very far from the sea. We were in February so we liked it. I do not recommend it during the swimming season

The location of the hotel is very good.
Both beaches are within walking distance.
Chain stores and a bus stop are just a few steps away.
But the quality of service is lame, they clean every day, but only change the bed linen.
Wet cleaning is not done.
Towels are changed every three days.
Breakfast, a buffet is indicated, in fact a rather modest plate of "Turkish breakfast".
By the pool and in the lobby, you can not bring coffee and baklava bought in the neighboring cafeteria! The owner urges "to eat and drink all this in the room, if you want by the pool or lobby, order smart" - not very pleasant.

We lived as a family for a little more than a week. Everything was very pleasant, the room was large and clean, the location was great, the staff was pleasant
A decent hotel and pleasant rooms, although you need to pay extra for air conditioning, responsive staff. It was out of season, there were few people and therefore it was free at the hotel.
We were in winter. The prices are junk. BUT it's not 5* exactly! Keep this in mind when choosing. We were fine for $17 in fact with breakfast. And if it's worse, think for yourself

A normal hotel. Yes, there are nuances. But I liked everything. I do not recommend more than 5 days. It's going to be boring.
