Glamping located in a beautiful location. It's worth come there to enjoy quiet, beautiful landscapes and fresh air outside the city.
Special respect to the bathhouse and service there.

My favorite steam ceremonies, and the views are breathtaking. Paired with comfortable transfer from the city center and hand-made body care products from Aigul, the entire experience becomes the most caring, recharging and body healing. Plus I don’t know how they do it, but you’ll 100% will be accompanied by the interesting and extraordinary people, from whom will learn something new (f.ex. last time it was free-diving with dolphins tours recommendation).

An amazing place where you can relax body and soul. View of Ararat directly from the panoramic window of the sauna! The sauna itself is unique, you can order a steam bath. The breakfasts are very tasty. The feeling that you are at one with nature , but at the same time in maximum comfort , where they take care of you . Thank you so much for such a place of power!

A must-visit place in Armenia. A real sauna with a view of Ararat and the mountains from the steam room. Professionals in their field, good steam masters, work to clarify the wishes and the program. And they arrange a real trip, immersion in the atmosphere and bath art. It is felt that they know a lot about the sauna, and this is very rare in Armenia. I was especially pleased with the steam room: everything is made of high-quality materials, a ventilation system and, of course, an incredible view from the steam room.
We came with our own company, but there are other formats: you can come to a public day or attend a collective ceremony.

I will share my feedback, as the bathhouse team did not respond to our review in any way.
The transfer was late and we were waiting outside
There was no one at the reception, we were not told where to go. We were directed by the girls from the minibus who were traveling with us (and did not send instructions in advance)
. There were no sheets, although we were promised a full bath set. At the same time, the towels are small, like for hands, and it is impossible to completely cover yourself with them when getting out of the shower.
There was no bath feast. Dinner was promised, but there were only apples, tangerines and a cold apple pie.
There are only 2 showers and 1 locker room: for 11 people, this is very small. In general, there is very little space, everything is wet, the poor bath attendant was steaming, wiping the floor, and pouring tea (
The toilet stank, and the soap turned into porridge
There were no sparklers on the street, which were promised in the description
The vaping itself wasn't bad. It's cool that there was aromatherapy (especially a garlic bath), but the rest of the details were very frustrating.
Total: the price is very high for such a service, because our expectations were generally different.

An amazing place! The steam room is very well designed to give out the parameters of a Russian bathhouse. You don't often see such a thing in Russia, but in Armenia it was a complete surprise. Plus, a cozy interior, beautiful views and excellent service! Thanks to parmaster Artyom for creating a warm atmosphere and great steam! We will definitely come again!

Thank you-thank you to everyone involved in this wonderful place! the transfer was convenient and clean. we had a very good rest at the bath ceremony, made wishes, guessed the flavors, steamed, poured ourselves, looked at the sunset and Ararat
now I literally DREAM of coming to the flowering of trees, and then to the apricot harvest. I'm waiting for glamping! hug

The best sauna in Armenia! A beautiful place , everything is done and built as for yourself , no hack work , a very warm welcome and full immersion in bath procedures . A real stove , a moist pleasant bath . We will definitely come back in spring or summer to watch the seasons change . We were in the bath with the child and the child was very satisfied ,

One of the best places in Armenia. You can come to Armenia for this place.

Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern. My love for the bathhouse began with the ceremonies of Aigul and Igor, Hoja place is an awesome place with stunning views of the Martian hills and Ararat. The bath attendants and part—time owners of the place are super sincere people, I strongly recommend it.

The perfect bathhouse!
The steam room offers a panoramic view of Ararat through the panoramic window. The sauna and glamping are in a very beautiful place, surrounded only by gardens and mountains.
