We rested for a month in July 2023! I really liked the complex, the territory is clean and well maintained, the pool is cleaned almost every day! The water slides operate on time twice a day.
The staff is very friendly.
It takes 10-13 minutes to walk to the sea, there are a lot of offers for renting three-wheeled mopeds around the city. If you have a license, you can rent it.
On Wednesdays, the complex has a large market: from groceries to clothes!)

For the price of a two-storey apartment of 1200 dollars per month, it's great, especially since we lived with friends and divided the price in half.
Of the advantages:
Free of charge: swimming pool, hammam, sauna, billiards, football field, gym, basketball court, mini outdoor sports area, water slides, children's room.
Paid: slot machines (I don't remember exactly, but like 10lir one token or something. From the machines: aero hockey, a basketball hoop with a counter), a masada chair (also for tokens), bowling, ps 3.
There is also an indoor swimming pool, but it only works in the cold seasons (winter, autumn)

Another of the advantages is a cafe right by the pool (it is naturally paid, the price is normal as in all other cafes in Turkey), another plus is that there is a permanent market next to the complex that works every day until about 23:00 after 23:00, few people stay there anymore, and there is also a non-permanent market nearby that is open on Wednesdays until about 16:00. Another plus is that the sea is about 5-10 minutes away on foot, and there are free sun beds for residents of Orion.

Excellent residential complex, warm clean water in the pool, excellent hammam, cafe on site. In the evenings, you can hear the azan, within walking distance from the sea!

The green area is very well maintained and clean.
There are many grocery stores nearby, shops with fresh fish and meat. There is a 24/7 store in 3 minutes.

The complex is excellent. Practically a 5-star hotel. The sea is 500 m away. Private sandy beach with a gentle entrance. Gorgeous green area. Landscape design. Outdoor swimming pool with slides and indoor pools, hammam, sauna, indoor and outdoor exercise equipment,equipped playgrounds,football and volleyball courts,parking, guarded territory. Near the market, in the center of Avsallar, everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants,.... there is no better place in this area.

We really liked the area)
Slides include 2 times a day from 11.00-12.00 and from 16.00-18.00
The hammam is magnificent 👏

Beautiful complex, gorgeous sandy bottom beach, market on Wednesdays nearby, swimming pool, spa, gym. Clean, tidy, green, within walking distance of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants.

This is not a hotel, but a residential complex with 5 * infrastructure of 10 houses. The first project from the orions. Convenient location in the center of Avsallar. A huge outdoor swimming pool and a large well-maintained private territory of the complex.

Great vacation! Closed area, swimming pool with slides, shop right at the entrance. It's a kilometer to the sea in the heat and through an underpass, the beach is clogged, so it's better to start in the morning, in the cool. Be prepared to pay extra for electricity and internet. There is a fish shop a hundred meters away. Everything is fresh. On Wednesdays there is a market, several streets around turn into a celebration - from fruits to clothes.

In general, this is not a hotel, but a residential complex. But many owners rent out their apartments when they don't live there themselves. The place is heavenly. Three swimming pools, water slides, two gazebos with barbecue grills. The whole area is surrounded by greenery, lemons, olives, and many roses grow. The bazaar, which comes on Wednesdays, is located nearby. There is a pool bar by the pool, there is a hammam, fitness. There are a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The sea is 400 meters away. If you are going to rent an apartment, it is better, of course, through friends. It will be cheaper. I really love the atmosphere of this place
