Very good memories, even thought it was only 4 days there, the view was awesome. Every time you wake up and you see the tall buildings and mountains with snow, just wow. Meals were good too, we had every comfort in the room. I wish the best of luck to this hotel!

The hotel seems to be starting to be updated. The lobby and the restaurant are already more beautiful and modern. But there are a couple of big questions. Of course, the rooms are very tired. Souls leak and don't hold watering cans. Everything looks old. The most terrible wifi is very annoying. It is unclear why such a hotel in the largest city for the next 500 km is such a horror))) if someone wants to work from a number, it will be a dead number. In general, there are advantages: very attentive staff, good breakfasts, bottled water, a good lobby and bar. I stayed here several times during the season. Taking into account the diamond status, there have been upgrades and compliments, which is also pleasing.
If I were in the place of management, I would solve the topic with WiFi - since the hotel is not "beach" but more "business trip", then this is probably important.

I have known this hotel since 2015. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Let's start with the pros: polite staff, well done!!!! Reception, bar, breakfasts - they go out of their way to help and please, well done. The first difficulty is cleaning: the signs do not work, no one is interested in what needs to be cleaned. After 3 hours and repeated requests, they were removed. Next: the inventory in the room broke, it was replaced only on the second attempt. Third: the TV turned off, the TV as a whole stopped working. I called, made a request, promised to come - 20 minutes later I found out at the reception that after the eviction, 12 hours later, they would deal with this problem (do what you want !!!!). Fourth: the walls in the room were painted the day before and the paint did not dry, I had to breathe it all three days. There is only one conclusion: chain hotels have lost their level of service and are losing out on price!!!! Pay attention to this when choosing a hotel : price / quality!!!

My friends from Filipino and I really enjoyed our stay on the top floor in the pezidenst suite. The cool quiet floor and corridor, the lobby of the restor and, of course, the smoking room in the building were very much to my taste. Especially breakfast from Marco. Thank you to Nona Anzorovna for the recommendation and of course for giving us a discount through IHG for partners. In December, I will go to Malta for a Christmas holiday, I will reserve a room for the Intercontinental Hotels Group hotel chain.
The excellent location of this branch is right next to our office. Next time we'll take the Express Train, the office is located right next to it.

In the bathroom, the distance from the mixer to the edge of the countertop is very large, given the handrail on which towels hang, you have to reach across the entire countertop to wash your hands (I'm tall, if anything). Otherwise: staff, breakfast - at a good level.

Last year, I placed my colleagues from Yekaterinburg in this hotel. The price for a standard double room with check-in was about 10,000 rubles per day. All colleagues were satisfied, but at the same time the hotel on Mira, near the capital, cost almost 2.5 thousand less this year, and the service and availability of everything necessary (including bathrobes, slippers, etc.) were much better. Therefore, 4 stars.

Плюсы: прекрасный сервис, все работники очень милые, добрые и готовы помочь. Сервис уборки хорош 👍(полотенца/белье идеально). Завтраки - широкий выбор,но волнами-если опоздать к времени офисного завтрака-то придётся ждать пополнения омлетов/сосисок. Классный спортзал-всегда оцениваю в отелях тут прямо хороший с точки зрения тренажеров: кардио, скамьи, свободные веса.
Минусы: отелю нужен ремонт. Розетки очень старые, в ванной тоже сантехника уставшая. Неудобство раковины(в ней наклоняешься и тянешься).

Приезжал на 2 дня по работе и было все отлично.
На ресепшене вопросы быстро решали, общались приятно. Номер аккуратный и чистый, интернет работал без проблем.
Это то, что хотелось получить от отеля в командировке: все хорошо.
Понравилось, что было два типа сосисок: со свининой и без. А так стандартный завтрак.
По расположению очень удобно: можно легко уехать на такси или на самокате (сам не катался) и быстро добраться до других строений в центре. Горы тоже близко

Персонал приветливый, ответственный. Качество сервисов, да смысла нет описывать - хорошо держат марку, кто бы удивился. Шведский стол с широким выбором, номера приличные.
Самая классная фишка: маааленький, но очень полезный спортзал на четвёртом этаже.
Просто супер! После работы, помыться и вальяжно спуститься на один этаж до зала. Это очень удобно. Если бы я не был такой ленивой свиньёй, вставал бы раньше чтобы ещё и утром перед завтраком педали покрутить

At almost one o'clock in the morning, they took me to check in and decided to make me an "upgrade": put me in some kind of junior suite. It turned out that the temperature in it is comparable to that of the street. I was really cold in my jacket. As a result, they settled in an ordinary room, but it was relatively warm. As a result of all the twists and turns, I managed to sleep for 5 hours. The food, the level of equipment of the rooms, the hotel draws 3 stars with a minus :)
But it will do for one or two nights

Отличное расположение, основные туристические места в пешей доступности. И горы недалеко. Остановка канатной дороги на Кок-Тобе близко. Через дорогу торговый центр Форум. Завтраки вкусные. Всё плгоавидось! Сюда хочется вернуться снова!
