One of reception guy was rude. Once I forgot room card in the office and it wasn't easy to get a new one. Also, they don't have complimentary wather in the rooms any more.

Overall, it's not bad. Of the advantages, it makes sense to mark the location. Near the railway station, the center of new Belgrade. On the other side of the river - it's not like that, but it's possible.
Also, the food is both breakfast and the menu of the "restaurant" as a whole. Probably a sauna, but I haven't been there myself, I just saw what is and works and from other people's words. There is some kind of gym.
Room cleaning is definitely well done - the order is being put in order, the linen is fresh. The rooms have either a kettle or a "coffee machine".
Cons: the rooms are not comfortable. They are not small, but there is not much free space. There is probably no gym, but if you have experience, then it is quite possible to warm up. Trams on the window will help you not to oversleep if the windows are on the road.
In general, you can definitely settle in if the price suits you

The breakfasts are weak, the brush and pasta are not put by default, you need to ask at the reception. There are no bathrobes either, although there is a spa area. And so it is very beautiful, clean. There is no sound insulation. All the noise in the hallway was in your room. The minibar was empty. The water has not been refilled once

Pure textiles. The bed linen and towels are fairly new.
But! Patches of holes on the laminate with laminate, a "dying" refrigerator on a cardboard box so that it does not vibrate. Cobwebs on the ceiling. Breakfast is monotonous, the queue to the coffee machine.
Bottom line: the hotel needs renovation

I lived in the hotel for 14 days, the first thing that catches my eye is more precisely in the nose, it is very smoky everywhere, they smoke in the rooms and in the corridors, the administration absolutely keeps order. There is a sauna but it does not work.
