The Holiday Inn Express & Suites has disadvantages, there was a disappointment at the first meeting with the Hotel staff.
As the saying goes: a theater begins with a hanger, and any Hotel begins with a reception desk.
In this Hotel, you can see a large number of employees at the reception, from 5 or more.
I was "lucky" to communicate at the reception with a Melmel employee, who would first do well to learn how to behave respectfully and kindly towards Hotel visitors.
Personally, it is important for me that the atmosphere is positive, that there is pleasant communication, and not this arrogant, arrogant, lip-to-lip conversation.
From the outside, it is clearly visible how some employees are busy only with themselves, rummaging through their phones, discussing their personal affairs, but not busy with visitors.
One gets the impression that such people don't give a damn about the customer orientation of visitors and the reputation of the Hotel.
I think that the Hotel staff should take this into account and strive to improve the accommodation for Hotel visitors.
