Of the advantages of the hotel:
Low price, close location of the hotel to the metro, tram line to the Marina, monorail to Palm Jumeirah. There is a grocery store nearby, although the prices are too high. Not a bad breakfast. Responsive staff.
Among the disadvantages:
Cramped rooms, but you can put up with it.
We stayed at the hotel for a week, the staff is very friendly, always ready to help and go to meet the hotel guests.
The rooms are clean, there is air conditioning and Blackout curtains, cleaned every day, 15 minutes to the subway-I was tired, you can call a taxi to the hotel.
The breakfasts are monotonous, I didn't really like them, but buns with chocolate are my love.
You can choose another hotel for this price, they are all the same. If you go to Dubai, it's better to rent an apartment, well, it's more convenient for anyone
For active tourists who leave at 9 a.m. and arrive at the hotel at 23.00, the hotel is super. The staff is polite and ready to help in a minute. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable and snow-white. The water is hot. Cleaning every day. The food is monotonous, but delicious and you will not stay hungry. I recommend it!
Good value for money. The hotel is certainly tired, the furniture, carpet, plumbing is not new. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Clean, the room is cleaned every day. The service corresponds to the stated ***. The breakfasts are standard, eggs, sausages, sliced cheese and sausage. Vegetables, fruits. The location is super good.
The beach is 30 minutes on foot, not equipped, but cool (wide spit, starfish found at night)
Transportation to the beach every day except Sunday (make an appointment in advance, only 8 seats in the cabin)
Metro 7 minutes on foot, near grocery and cafes
They don't give out much water, but you can steal in the gym. The breakfasts are modest, but there are plenty to choose from, croutons and pancakes alternated every day and fruits changed a little, the rest is more or less consistently the same. We were satisfied
The backyard is beautiful - adjacent to the street with universities
They do not accept dollars for exchange earlier than 2006, the exchange rate is not very
Nice hotel. Pleasant and polite administrators. Good breakfasts, there is a choice. Great location. In an adequate walking distance to the sea and the metro. Nearby there are delicious places where you can eat, including with Russian cuisine, as well as a shop, pharmacy and beauty salon.
There have been three cooler stars. Well, at least hygiene kits: ear sticks, hair conditioners, slippers are present in the room. But breakfast is hungry... coffee and pastries are the most tolerable. Of the joys, I can mention clean bed linen and generally clean! The staff is friendly. But I honestly don't want to come back here. If you choose a hotel, look again) good luck and have a good trip
Very polite staff. The rooms, though not new, are always clean, as is the hotel itself. I noticed a small but pleasant trifle - a delicious smell everywhere! The breakfasts didn't change much, but they were always full. By the way, quite a convenient location - there are trams and metro nearby, you can get anywhere)
We flew away at night, we were given a breakfast box with fruit and croissants.
The hotel itself is not bad. Of the advantages:
1.Breakfast
2. the staff is very friendly
3.rooms
A huge minus:location
Don't be fooled that the metro is close, at a brisk pace, 15-20 minutes (((add the heat here-you'll curse everything)+in addition, there is not a single decent grocery store in the nearest location. There is a Caefoor on the opposite side, but, on foot, 30-40 minutes, do you need it? I took off the stars just for that
It wasn't great to get in during the repair, but fortunately it was enough for us to eat a hearty meal in the morning and wash in the evening.
The air conditioner is poorly configured in the room, my brother has a cold.
The buffet is 3 stars in variety, but delicious, I'm not complaining.
But at lunch they wanted to make coffee from the machine for themselves - but no, for a fee.
As long as I fly, even in much smaller hotels, take coffee cookies for your health.
But in general, it is normal and comfortable.
I definitely recommend it to those who expect to travel by transport - the metro and tram are close. The room is clean, there is tea, coffee, water. Excellent breakfasts. The gym is free of charge. Friendly staff. There is a shop and a cafe across the street. It's a pity that it's too far to the beach - about half an hour on foot... But you can use the transfer - at 10.30 there, at 15.30 back. There is also a transfer to Moll of the Emirates.
A good hotel, especially for the money. Excellent variety of breakfasts, very comfortable bed. In the room there is a hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee, tea, Sugar. There is liquid soap, shampoo, and body cream in the bathtub. The only disadvantage is that the windows do not open, the humidity is very high, nothing dries. Towels were changed often, everything is clean.
Don't be fooled by good reviews. The hotel is just terrible. The rooms are dead, the food is inedible. Everything is very old. It's a disgusting experience.
The location of the hotel is good, close to the metro and tram. The room is a double room with poor sound insulation, everything is audible, even as they talk in the next room. Breakfasts and dinners are acceptable, you can always find something to eat, they cook delicious.
Great hotel! The staff is responsive. Everything is done quickly. The service is good.
The hotel is close to a tram stop and metro. There is a free transfer to the beach near the Parusa hotel and to the mall of the Emirates.
The number is like in the pictures. The breakfasts are delicious
A wonderful hotel. I confirm the previous positive reviews. We lived for 10 days in the middle of March. I will not repeat myself, I will note those points that I was looking for earlier, but did not find:
1. English sockets in the room, 3 pcs. But, one of these outlets has two USB connectors. If you need to charge more than two devices at the same time, take an adapter.
2. The double room has a small sofa, which, when unfolded, turns into a double bed. This is in addition to the main beds. We had triple occupancy (2 adults + 1 child) on one double bed, so we were not supposed to have linen on this sofa. If they had known, they would have just taken it with them. I slept like this, the mattress on this sofa is soft, and the room is not cold.
3. By default, you are given 2 bottles of water and 2 sets of towels per room. I went and asked the reception to add something, because there were three of us. It didn't help. I haven't told the guy who cleaned our room directly yet. Immediately there were only three))
4. Wild beach, which, according to reviews, is 30 minutes on foot, is still closed (March 2024). We went there
An excellent hotel for relaxation, near the Internet City metro station, very convenient, many shops and restaurants. The bar is open until late at night
Nice pleasant hotel. Convenient location. Internet City metro station is a few minutes' walk away. Near the hotel there is a stop of the 88th bus, it is convenient to get to the beaches of Al Sufouh, Jumeirah, to Kite Beach. If desired, you can walk to the Palm Jumeirah. Supermarket is close.
The food at the hotel is good. I had buffet breakfasts and a la carte lunches with a choice of several dishes. Good coffee from the coffee machine. There is a kettle in the room, several varieties of tea to choose from, two bottles of water every day.
Polite and friendly staff. There is a gym. Although it's only two stars, but everything is at a very good level, and the tax is low. The sun and heat are free. What else do you need for a holiday in Dubai? I have only pleasant impressions.
An excellent hotel in terms of price-quality ratio.
We had a rest in April 2024.
The only thing is that there are discos on the top floor, so ask for a lower floor))
A decent hotel. Excellent breakfasts with a traditional set of breakfast dishes. The beach is only 2 km away. Walk for 20 minutes. You do not depend on shuttles, which are usually delivered from hotels to the beach, where there may not be enough space or it is not convenient in time. Opposite there are a dozen restaurants with various cuisines and a supermarket with a sufficient set of products. And the Internet City metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. There is a small fitness room. Wi-Fi is great in the room. The only thing is there is no pool on the roof.
A good business hotel. The rooms are clean, there is a work desk and a universal socket into which you can insert any plug.
The breakfasts are meager, but you can eat. Food can be delivered, there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and several restaurants nearby
The hotel is nice, we had room 126 on the ground floor. In the room there is a refrigerator, two cups, a set of tea and coffee , an electric kettle, a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, body cream. The safe is paid. In the shower room, there is not a very new mixer, apparently, when turned on, water flowed even at the attachment point to the watering can, not critical, but not pleasant. The windows do not open, so do not ventilate in the room + the laundry is drying terribly.Take more change of clothes with you.Dried swimsuits right on the refrigerator, where it was warm.Cleaning was carried out every day, put 3-4 bottles of water every day.Two large towels, one for the feet, one for the face.We only had breakfast. The food is not bad in principle, but a lot of things are spicy.I usually took toast, omelette, vegetables, cheese and something similar to ham) there were yogurts, fruits every day. There is a coffee machine, juices. We took the tram to the Jbr beach for 30 minutes took the road .There is also a metro stop nearby, but the tram is closer. There is fast food near the hotel + cafes and grocery stores. There was also air conditioning in the room, the power can be adjusted by yourself. There was no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel. They were settled immediately upon arrival at 12, the eviction was at 12.The Wi-Fi was working properly.we took an English adapter with us, but we didn't even need it.The hotel has a club on the 5th floor, I think starting from the 3rd floor and above, the music will be very audible. It didn't bother us at the first one.All shopping centers have Wi-Fi, but you can only connect with a local SIM card, we were given SIM cards upon arrival immediately at the airport.I liked everything, thank you)
Nice hotel! Breakfasts and dinners are decent for 3*, there is always something delicious. The room is clean, cozy, the staff is very responsive. We lived in room 401, sometimes in the evenings we could hear music from the bar on the 5th floor. But the administrator immediately offered to change the number.
The location of the hotel is very good – 7 min. walk to the metro, 20 min. to the beach, and in half an hour you can walk to the Dubai Marina. In general, the Internet City area is sparsely populated and pleasant, there is a place to walk. I recommend the hotel.
Location:
We chose a hotel close to Al Sufouh Beach, however, upon arrival, this beach was TEMPORARILY CLOSED, the police did not allow us to go there, and there were no more open beaches nearby, so we took buses 88 and 8 to the beaches: Kite Beach or Um Secum 1,2 or by tram/metro to the Marina beach or JBR beach.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to the metro from the hotel, 7 minutes to the tram, and 5 (88) to 10 (8 and 88) minutes to the bus.
The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Dubai's tourist destinations, which could be easily and quickly reached by public transport (Dubai Mall, Marina, Burj Khalifa).
Hotel rooms
The room was old, but there were all the amenities, we lived on the 4th floor, there were discos on the 5th floor until 3 o'clock, but it didn't bother us much (we got tired and fell asleep), the air conditioner worked great, the room was cleaned every day, everything was clean, tidy, the only minus: there was no place to dry the laundry Except for the rope in the shower stall, the windows were closed and could not be opened.
Food (breakfast)
The breakfasts are delicious, varied and sufficient, you could have a hearty meal. At the entrance, sometimes they were not allowed to carry large bags, apparently so that they would not take food with them from the restaurant.
We had lunch in front of the hotel, across the street in the Uzbek restaurant Zira restorant, there is borscht, manti, pilaf, khachapuri, etc.
Several times we ordered the delivery of ready-made food from Russian restaurants using the Talabat application, delivered it to the reception, paid in cash. Ordered from restaurants: Fairy Tale, Stove.
Reception
The reception staff is very friendly, ready to help with any question, but you need to know at least a minimum level of English or be able to use an interpreter, no one speaks Russian.
Public transport from the hotel.
For trips to the city.It is necessary to purchase a silver card in the subway or at the tram station (the most convenient), you can use it both on the subway, buses, and tram, but with at least 7.5 dirh. Keep in mind that to travel by buses and trams, you need to attach your card to the validator 2 times when entering and exiting the transport, otherwise they will be charged at the full rate of 7.5 dirh. So, a one-way trip in one zone (2,3) costs 3 dirh., in others it is already 5 and 7.5.
Alcohol
There is an MMI store at the Internet City metro station where you can buy alcohol, but you need to go with a passport, because they will not issue a tourist license for alcohol. Or just look for MMI and American eastern stores on Yandex maps (hidden in appearance).
The hotel has a bar on the 1st floor at the reception, a glass of beer costs about 38 dirhams, on the 5th floor (where night parties take place) a glass of beer costs 50 dirhams.
* We bought an umbrella at a sports store because it was hot and sunny, but its packaging at the airport cost 30 dirhams.
In general, the hotel is comfortable to stay and convenient in terms of location to tourist places, it was necessary to get to the beaches, but this also did not affect the rest.
The hotel exceeded all expectations, in Turkey it would be a 5-star hotel. I lived in May, breakfast and lunch are very hearty and varied, perfect cleanliness and comfort, the staff helped as much as possible, for example, when only hot water came out of the shower, the plumber came in 3 minutes. Thank you for a great vacation
We rested at this hotel from June 7 to June 21 .There is no Russian-speaking staff, but it was not important for us.We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, checked us in within an hour.Free breakfast on this day was not considered for us, we were offered to eat for money.I said that we only have dollars with us, we were not offered to change and eat.We learned about the money exchange function a little later, when we were asked to pay a tourist fee of 1,600 rubles (for two in 14 days) upon check-in.We bought only breakfast in the package. There was a lot of food , they were not hungry , and there were fruits and vegetables .Sisiki have always been very sharp, keep in mind if you take it to children.Insanely delicious pastries. There is a transfer to the sea to the Parus Hotel, and to the Emirates Mall. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, taxi is everywhere nearby and not expensive.I liked the area itself, there is a cafe,a shop, clean around. We walked to the sea for 25 minutes at a slow pace.3-star hotel, room cleaning every day, free water, tea, coffee, kettle in the room.In general, I liked everything.I read reviews about loud music from a cafe on the 5th floor, we lived on the 2nd floor, we could not hear, we came in once, there is alcohol on the 1st and 5th floor .The sofa, curtains and carpet in the room were a little dirty, but it didn't bother us.The furniture is old, but the whole thing, if these moments do not bother you, then I recommend it. Location was important for us, and walking proximity to the sea, everything suited us.
A great hotel for your money. The breakfasts are delicious, but the choice is not very big ... but you will definitely not stay hungry ... polite and responsive staff. Cleaning every day, always water, tea and coffee in the room ... near various cafes and a supermarket. The beach is a 25-minute walk away.
I really liked the hotel. Quiet, calm. The staff is very attentive and kind. All useful information has already been written in the reviews. Thanks to them (thanks to these people), you catch the right rhythm very quickly. September is not the velvet season. The heat is very strong. The sea is hot.
Considering the price tag in Dubai, this three-piece is for 5! The cost and service are quite good. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there is enough of everything, there is a choice.
The windows don't open, the guard is coping. The beach is 30 minutes away by tram. 40 min to the tower. A quiet, peaceful area in the student quarter.
An ordinary city hotel. The room was small, not very freshly renovated, but the room and bathroom are clean. It is far enough to the sea and the metro. There is no territory, there is a road right around. The breakfasts are good, in the end they no longer seek to supplement and clean up as soon as the time runs out.
Excellent hotel, near the beach is public and free, quiet area. I'm shooting a star for food. There was not enough variety either. But in general, this did not overshadow the rest.
The hotel is a bomb for its money, its plus is the location, relatively close to the beach, metro, tram, and buses. There are civil buildings and a student campus around.
The hotel is generally not bad, of course there are questions about the room, a big plus of this hotel is its location. I recommend 👍 near the metro, shops, many cafes
I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The staff is friendly, helped to sort out the issues, the problems were solved and eliminated immediately. The food is delicious, there are no queues. If something ends, they are replenished, this is monitored. I would return to this hotel again, the only sea is a little far.
The hotel is located in a good area, the beach is nearby. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious. The room is clean, cleaned every day, the linen is snow-white. Water is always in the room, if there is not enough, then you can take it to the reception. At first it was unusual that the window did not open, but this is probably for the best, the temperature is always maintained.Things dry for a long time, low humidity. We were very satisfied, I advise you

It feels like the hotel is not new. However, the service is excellent, the breakfasts are not bad. One of the disadvantages is the poor ventilation system - a musty smell in the room. In addition, the windows do not open and there are no balconies.
Nice hotel. Good location. Hearty breakfasts. You can order a fried egg from the waiter. They cook and bring it to the table in 10 minutes. By tram to the Marina 25-30 minutes. Walking distance to the beach is 20 minutes. The metro is about 15 minutes away.
There is a rooftop bar with sunset views. Beer 45 dirhams)).
Great hotel. Close to metro, tram and bus. Great dinners. The rooms are of the same type. Excellent service. There are no Russian-speaking staff, the translator saves.
