Stop here without hesitation. The location is wonderful, the center. Everything is within walking distance. Everything is fine in the room. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast is fire. The choice is sufficient. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available. For such an amount, you simply won't find breakfast options in the early morning.

Good location, within walking distance from the main attractions, near couples with singing fountains, many restaurants and a supermarket. The rooms are small, but everything is there. The staff is helpful. The breakfast cafe is tiny, so do not come at the last hour, otherwise there is nowhere to sit. The breakfasts are good.

And the location is just great. The square of the 4th season is a promenade in the city center. 10-15 minutes from the square with fountains.

The excellent location of the hotel, next to a park with fountains, many attractions within walking distance. We had a room with a stunning view of Ararat. The rooms are very small, a very small wardrobe, only two narrow shelves, one of which is very high and not comfortable, and two do not have enough hangers. The room has an iron, ironing board, kettle, tea bags, and two bottles of water were given daily. There is also a refrigerator, it worked poorly in our room, it barely cooled. I really didn't like the pillows, they all seemed hard and whichever side you turn (they should be soft on one side and hard on the other). Neighbors could be heard talking loudly for several evenings.
The room was cleaned every day.
The breakfasts could have been better, they do not differ in variety, vegetables, eggs in different variations, pastries were delicious, but sausages and oatmeal porridge were not very good. We also ordered food at the hotel several times, also average, one serving of chicken was very tough.
The staff is different, some are friendly, some are not.
Since they mostly returned to the hotel to rest, the pros crossed out the indicated cons. But the hotel has a lot to strive for in terms of improving service.

A good bathroom (there is a shower cabin, a hairdryer), there are replaceable towels (bath towels, hand towels, foot towels). Of the bath accessories, there is only shower gel and hand gel), there are no hygiene products (toothbrushes and pastes). There is a TV in the room (there are few channels, but there is something to watch). Also, a kettle, 2 bottles of water, tea, sugar, coffee. There is a refrigerator.
Polite staff.
It's cool that the staff knows both Armenian, English and Russian.
Overall, everything is fine.

I really love this accommodation option when visiting Yerevan.
The hotel has an excellent location: the center, near a cozy square and a quiet street, where it is convenient to call a taxi to the airport.
The staff is very polite and helpful! We are ready to solve any issue for your comfort!
The room rate often includes breakfast: cuts, salads, porridges, an egg dish (omelette, scrambled eggs, egg jam, depending on the day), very tasty chicken sausages of local production, which literally conquered me, and of course various desserts and drinks.
You can order coffee or a cocktail in the lobby of the hotel, and the reception is always ready to print out the necessary documents!

Friendly staff and smiling , they speak Russian ( if anything ) everything is clean from the entrance , ending with the room , price-quality ratio , the room is decent , beds unlike ibis are large and comfortable , bed linen is a pleasant thing , 2 pillows are soft and hard to choose from , hygiene supplies can always be asked at the reception , by default No, but it's not a problem. The rooms are not very large - they are standard in principle. One bed, a table and a chair.
The air conditioner was not working in the room. The blanket was stiff. It was hard for me. Pillows made of sintepon or something like that - I didn't like it. It was not comfortable to sleep in general. Everything else was fine. I'm glad that I stayed in this place

The only negative (in some comparison) is a not very varied breakfast (there were three days, there is almost no difference, plus the assortment is not very wide) and not very rich coffee in the morning (you involuntarily look for a coffee shop nearby to drink your morning dose).
