Nice hotel.Conveniently located, 2 minutes by metro, no more than 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. Taxis are inexpensive, and it's convenient to get to the sights. Panoramic windows . The breakfasts are amazing , we ate enough for the whole day . I ordered a Caesar salad in the room, a huge portion, everything is delicious. The staff is excellent, they solve any issue quickly.

+ the hotel is quite decent for its price, there are no special attractions within walking distance, but it is quick and convenient to get there by car in different directions;
+ free parking for cars right in front of the hotel entrance;
+ there are a large number of fast food establishments of different brands around and a 24-hour Spar (literally a 5-minute walk away, children will appreciate);
+ the executive room is spacious, with a good view of the city from the 18th floor;
+ there is a casino right in the hotel on the 1st floor, if anyone is interested, but there is smoking everywhere and smoke sometimes spreads through the building;
+ the service at the hotel is very fast, excellent;
+ the gym on the 3rd floor is mediocre with outdated exercise equipment, the pool is large only open with a lot of sun loungers, the sauna is right in the locker room;
+ breakfasts fully correspond to the level of a 4* hotel, there is everything you need, but without frills;
- there is no sound insulation at all, everything that happens in the corridor can be heard in the room: the staff can walk and talk loudly in the morning, doors slam, at night someone from the casino can return with emotions - they do not let you sleep peacefully;
- with a do not disturb sign posted on the door, a hotel employee knocked on the room to ask "is everything OK?";
- they asked for orthopedic pillows - they brought the same ones).

I'm on holiday for the second summer. In general, I would like to say that in the summer in Tbilisi you need to look for housing with a swimming pool, then there will be an ideal balance. A friend who lives in Tbilisi and has been to many places says that here is the best pool in the city, better than in Radisson. T
The pool area is well organized - a sufficient number of sun beds, umbrellas, and the pool itself. The pool bar is surprisingly delicious cuisine and cocktails, I didn't expect much from the pool bar.
Among the disadvantages of the pool: sun beds are occupied from the very morning, we found a place quickly every time we arrived at 11 a.m., but it was already very tight, largely due to the fact that people leave their towel and leave for several hours, and no one occupies their sunbed, this, of course, needs to be organized somehow.
Rooms with panoramic Windows, a maxi bed, just huge, high-quality cleaning every day, normal cosmetics in the shower, not the coolest, but also not the cheapest.
Russian is spoken without problems this year, in 2023 it was more difficult.
A nice bonus - the rooms are designed for at least 2, but you can go alone and there will be a free place without extra charges, a friend came to me like that
There is a store opposite, next to an exchanger with a normal exchange rate. A minute by taxi to the center, and about 30 minutes on foot.
Personally, everything is convenient and comfortable for me, I recommend it)

Favorite hotel in Tbilisi
There is a large swimming pool , the locals themselves visit it . Sun beds need to be occupied in the morning .
The rooms are also cozy, there is Wi-Fi everywhere and an iron is especially necessary !!
The breakfasts are delicious, I like everything 🔥

A great hotel, with a good location, there is Parking (which is important), the breakfast is just super, a room with a panoramic window (overlooking the city). Separately, I would like to say about the awesome outdoor pool on the third level, with sun loungers - it's just great to swim and relax! The staff is not just polite and friendly, but fully corresponds to the concept of "Georgian hospitality".

I read about the wonderful Holiday Inn Tbilisi hotel on madloba.info and I really want to visit this place. I like their modern rooms with spectacular views of the Caucasus Mountains and large conference rooms. I am glad that the hotel offers facilities such as a gym, sauna and outdoor pool. The Adjara restaurant with international cuisine is also an attractive place for breakfast and dinner. I like that the hotel is close to the metro and the Old City of Tbilisi, which makes it convenient for sightseeing. I plan to visit Holiday Inn Tbilisi and enjoy their excellent service and facilities.

$ 1850 for 8 nights with breakfast for two, for this price you get an "executive class room" - a shabby room (all the furniture is scratched, the window handle almost falls off, the water flush did not work in the bathroom until the master came and fixed it), a hair dryer that does not dry hair, but stinks of burning, pillows stuffed with some kind of paralon (the cheapest), a closed minibar for which you need to pay an additional 300 GEL if you want it to be opened, unwashed floors, mirrors and windows, there is not even a corkscrew and bottle opener in the room, torn bathrobes, instant coffee for breakfast. The staff behaves disgustingly, there is a do not disturb sign on the door, they knock when you are sleeping and ask if everything is okay? They communicate very loudly with each other in the corridor, which prevents them from resting. I have not listed all the disadvantages of this hotel, I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Great place!
The staff is friendly, they speak Russian, a gorgeous pool on the 3rd floor with a bar, everything is in the area: exchangers, restaurants, McDonald's, metro ...
The rooms are super, the view is amazing ...
By taxi, which can be called via Yandex, it takes 10 minutes to the center and costs only 6-8 GEL.
I recommend.

Based on general impressions, I will say that the hotel fully corresponds to the stars. For me, it is located in a very convenient place, I would say almost in the center. The rooms are clean and spacious, but it is clear that they are not very new. The food is great, but, as for me, there is not enough pickled food for breakfast. I went to Tbilisi for work and was very satisfied. I recommend it and I recommend it again.

The hotel was probably grandiose 20-30 years ago, but now everything looks tired, and the little mustachioed guest in the bathroom only confirmed the opinion that the hotel is no longer the way it was conceived. Beautiful views of the city and plentiful delicious breakfasts - individual stars for them.

Everything is great, the rooms are good, BUT!!!! Residents smoke hookahs right in the rooms! The room is smoked with a hookah, and a package is hanging on the smoke detector. And so everything is super! The main advantage is shedding with animals. Overall, the hotel is good!

There was a broken shower stall in the room, which could not be repaired until the end of the stay, because the doors to it had to be bought at the store.
