Good location in the city center
ROOMS: rooms are good size, but not very spacious. We’ve stayed in a suite - it means spacious entrance zone with a seating place like sofa and working zone (table and chair) and a small bedroom connected by a corridor. Good size bathroom with both bath and a shower, all amenities are provided.
LOCATION: perfect location just in the city center, 20min drive from the airport.
FOOD: breakfast costs 10000 AMD, there is a restaurant in the garden next to the Hotel.
FACILITIES: gym 24h, spa, conference rooms. Nice addition: you can buy some necessities (shaver, toothpaste, toothbrush, charger) on the reception.
STAFF: friendly and polite, speaks different languages.

+++ the location is the best, the service is high-quality, friendly, attentive, the rooms are new, comfortable, I would especially like to mention the well-equipped rooms for the disabled.
+ the breakfasts are decent.
+++ the MIR card works in the hotel (not everywhere in Armenia), and there is a VTB MIR ATM on the ground floor.
- at night, there is a poor menu in a 24-hour restaurant. But in my opinion, it is superfluous to blame for this.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are cozy, equipped with a kettle, iron, ironing board and safe. Beautiful courtyard. But in the bathroom there is a Spartan minimum. Although, after calling the reception, after a while you get the right thing. The breakfasts are adequate enough, a wide range - no one will go hungry. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel, but the inscriptions in the elevator are modestly silent about this (the mark on the 3rd floor is a fitness room).

We stayed for 4 nights. A wonderful hotel. The perfect location. Right by Republic Square. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Nice rooms, it was always very clean. The stunning SPA complex (open from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm) is included in the room rate. Large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and various saunas. WiFi is well-equipped throughout the hotel. They didn't take breakfast. They would come back again.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I liked everything in general. The location is near the center, friendly and helpful staff, a small but clean and tidy room, and breakfast is generally a song. I was especially pleased that there was a special smiling aunt at breakfast who fried omelets/scrambled eggs with a choice of additives. I didn't use the gym or other spas, I didn't have time, but my colleagues responded positively.

It was at the end of November 2024. A very good hotel, in fact, no worse than Moscow, ideal in location. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and premises are clean and tidy, the service is excellent. Excellent spa area. A good swimming pool and baths, an average gym. Delicious cuisine, but it seems a little rustic, with nuances of local taste preferences. In any case, I recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, pretty clean, excellent linen, nice bed, convenient location - right in the center. Cleaning every day. Nice view from the window to the courtyard. There is a swimming pool, clean and beautiful. The only negative is that the breakfasts are very expensive. This is offset by the fact that there are a lot of cafes nearby.

A lovely hotel with an excellent location.
we booked through booking, there was a problem with paying the advance, but the hotel staff was always in touch and helped solve the problem by saving the room reservation.
The hotel is clean, freshly renovated and has a chic spa area: a long indoor pool with 4 lanes, a hammam and saunas. In winter, it was very useful!
The staff is friendly.
The breakfasts at the hotel were not used, the price for them is certainly too high, you can eat cheaper in neighboring restaurants. But this is our choice, we have no complaints.
I definitely recommend the hotel!

We liked the hotel very much, it is ideally located in the very center of Yerevan, while it is not noisy (the windows overlook a quieter street). We checked in twice, and we'll definitely be back! The room is cozy, the staff are friendly. We will praise the pool separately - the ideal water temperature for sports swimming, there are quite a lot of sun beds, everyone is comfortable. The only thing is, I don't know how for children, everyone in the pool swim very responsibly along the paths, it just suited us, but the pool is probably not suitable for pampering in the water))

I stayed at the hotel with my family for almost 2 weeks. A great hotel in the very center. The service is excellent! There is a large swimming pool on the 7th floor (this is a separate fitness club), but admission is free for hotel residents. The breakfasts are very good. In the rooms, bathrobes, slippers, cleaning exactly when it was convenient for me. My eldest daughter came to me for 5 days, slept with me in an existing bed - all without any extra charges!!The shower is excellent with excellent water pressure. The wifi was flying just fine. In general, everything is great, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Advantages of the hotel:
- located in the very center, around the corner from Republic Square;
- both times (with personal booking and upon check-in) we had a chance to communicate with a super friendly reception employee, who explained everything in detail, organized an early check-in for us;
- the room was given on the 4th floor, away from the elevator, as indicated in the wishes;
- the room had everything you needed: good air conditioning, refrigerator, safe, comfortable beds, kettle, water, etc. One of the few hotels whose staff for the most part can count to 3 and provide everything for three, with the exception of mugs and tea and coffee (they forgot about the third person here);
- clean, quiet.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- There was information in the IHG app that the pool would not be open on June 22 and 23. We stopped by on the 24th. He was still not available;
- there are no convenient ramps for lifting suitcases into the hall, only stairs.
In general, a very good option for adequate money in the center.

Upon arrival, I asked for a quiet room, and in response, I was checked into a room for the disabled. A great gift for my wife's birthday, which we came to celebrate in Yerevan. I have nothing against it, but in the bathroom even the mirror is turned down and looks at my feet.
