Of the cons: it was very cold in the room (the end of November), the air conditioner could not cope with such an area, they went into the bathroom - they were shaking, the temperature was like outside, probably). There was also no kettle in the room, but there is a shared kitchen where you can easily warm up, but, again, it is also very cold there. The batteries are standing, but they were not heated. Another disadvantage is that the navigator leads to another address. We searched for 10 minutes for a place)
In general, everything is very decent!

The hotel is magnificent, the furniture is new and beautiful. Guarded Parking lot, picturesque courtyard area. On the ground floor there is an interior dining room with everything necessary for eating. The staff is very polite.

For me, this is a great hotel for those who travel by their own transport. Right at the entrance to Tbilisi. Its own Parking, good rooms, well, the price is not high. My wife and I liked the hotel. They recommended it to their comrades, and they were also satisfied.

A nice place in a quiet location at the entrance to the city. There is a place to park a car. The territory is closed at night. There is video surveillance. The rooms are spacious, there is a kettle, a refrigerator. There are chairs, armchairs and a table on the balcony. There is a place to sit with a glass of wine at sunset.

A great place to stay in Tbilisi
Private sector, comfortable rooms, private Parking. The receptionist didn't speak Russian, but everything is fine with English. No breakfast, but it's uncritical (the doshiks did great)

We are from Russia, the city of Kazan. We arrived in Tbilisi at 6 a.m. on July 11, 2024 and were advised this hotel, we had not booked in advance. We agreed with the administrator that we will do the same until 6 a.m. on July 13, that we pay for 2 days. They give us a discount and agree. We return the next evening from a walk and on shift another receptionist says that we need to pay extra for 3 days. We begin to understand the situation and it turns out that there were misunderstandings on our part. The same story happened with the company of Belarusians. The owner of the hotel was hiding and did not come out to talk, it was not very nice ((in a word, I do not recommend this hotel because of this attitude!!! And in room 303, small black ants lived with us!

A wonderful hotel. In a quiet location near the Tbilisi Mall. Its own private Parking. There is an elevator. The large rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning. There are toiletries.

I really liked the hotel!
The very friendly owner of the establishment!
They met us by chance at the gate, launched us friends with a motorhome into the yard. Our friends checked in, we stayed overnight in a motorhome in the courtyard of the hotel, as well as a nice place near the hotel area where you can relax on soft cushions on the sofa by the barbecue! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a nice quiet and beautiful location. Mountains and Christmas trees are visible from the balcony. Very cool. Cons: the room smelled of damp from the toilet, the elevator does not work

A great hotel, but when we were - heated by splits - it was cold. It is located in the area of former dachas, or just the private sector - there was nowhere to eat nearby. The rooms themselves are nice, the staff is friendly, but the location is not very good. Either by car or by taxi. Well, or on foot and then by public transport.
