The top playground in Grodno.
We have been visiting this place for several years.
Recently, 3 locations have been combined into one and it is possible to take unlimited money for 27 rubles. You bring the child, you go about your business, you come, you take a snack to a cafe (where they cook very tasty and inexpensive), which is within walking distance from the locations, you take the child back to the play area. All employees of the play area are sociable, sociable, friendly, who surprisingly always know which location the child is going crazy. This center really thinks about parents and children, and the most important thing for me, as a mother, is that they talk to all children in a friendly way, with a smile and without aggression.
We have been to many venues not only in Grodno, respectively, there is something to compare with, and it is for this reason that almost every weekend the child himself expresses a desire to visit this particular entertainment center.
The management would like to wish further prosperity, because only here we felt the care of all children.

On March 26, we were at the holly molly trampoline center, the trampolines are good, but you can keep silent about the organization of the entertainment process.
There are lockers for things in which things were left, no one told us a word about where and how to store the key to the closet. We had an unlimited subscription (that is, it is valid all day, you can go outside the trampoline center), several times we handed over the key to the administrator, she did not react in any way. However, when we were about to leave, the receptionist told us: "there is no key, someone took it away," they added that the key should remain with us. (you can understand that they obviously don't worry about customer safety, even if it was written in the rules to take the key with you, then there are no options where to put it except in your pocket, but on trampolines you will jump, run and fall, and at best it will just get lost, for which of course you will have to pay extra, and at worst, it will fall into the foot), although the opposite is written on the sign with safety rules. There is no speaker, the laptop to which the cameras are connected is under repair, and there is no desire to help us. They told me to wait for one of the visitors to come and open the cupboard. In total, it took us more than an hour to open the cabinet.
In addition to the above situation, we paid for 3 zones, and we can only stay in one.

Good afternoon. I want to leave a review on how we celebrated our birthday at the children's center. To begin with, special thanks to the administration for prompting the correctness of building a holiday for our son. The birthday boy was very pleased! He was on the throne and was a real king on his holiday. Everything was super, fun and exciting. We visited Freedom_grodno several times, but it was the first time we ordered a package of game locations and a birthday boy's room.
I thank the attentive instructor, the cat was next to the children throughout all the locations, starting with laser tag and then rolling the children on a banana.
All the children invited were happy and satisfied !!!
And what could be more expensive🤗Only the best impressions are left for everyone.

Quite a decent children's entertainment center! There are several locations, there is a birthday boy's room, a toilet. Responsible attitude of employees. Before the trampolines, the coach conducts instruction and warm-up. We celebrated our daughter's 8th birthday with classmates and friends, the children were very satisfied. It is convenient that for a holiday you can order inexpensive pizza or boxes with nuggets and French fries, etc. nearby in the Parking lot. I recommend it!

I would like to leave a review, so to speak, in hot pursuit.
We booked two playgrounds (trampolines and a ship), for an hour each.
The administrator immediately asked us what age the children would be. They are pre-school children, aged from 5 to 7 years old. When we called again (the day before the planned visit), we focused on the fact that there would be 3 more people. We were offered to replace the trampoline time by an hour later. They say that we will be alone at this time and we will be more comfortable. As it turned out, the other company was told the same thing.
When we came to the trampolines, children of 12-13 years old followed us, there were 12 of them. That is, there were 28 people on the trampolines at one time, so some children did not have enough trampoline. Besides, it was very scary when there were children with such an age difference on the same playground. There was some kind of uncontrollable situation. Some of our children complained that it was difficult to jump/move in such numbers.
We contacted the ticket office and asked to allow at least a few people to transfer to the ship for the remaining 20 minutes. There was one or two people there at the time. We were told that "you go to a meeting with some parents, and the next time they come and sit on their heads."..
I really want to pay attention to the observance of safety regulations on trampolines, because at the moment we see that they take not just the maximum number of children, but over the limit.
