Hello. I would like to leave a review about the hotel. We had a rest from January 09 to January 21, we got a good room, we cleaned every day. The dining room is very sharp . There was enough food every day, meat, fish once, crabs, large shrimps grilled with squid. Fruits are plentiful.. Melons . strawberries, guava, bananas, dates.. Alcohol is not bad. It's a 17-minute drive to the sea. But here the catch may not be picked up at all. They're late. Animation is normal. Singing fountains .. Very good staff. Just well done. There are two la carte restaurants. I liked the Egyptian cuisine, the guys did well to cheer up. Everything was delicious. There are water parks. Swimming pools... Only more than one was not heated. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the rest.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2025. I gave it 4 stars because the overall impression of the holiday was excellent. This hotel was successful, but at some point it went bankrupt and now a new owner has come in, who gives a new lease of life to the hotel. But you're paying a lot of money and you want to get great service, which this hotel doesn't have. At the moment, it is semi-abandoned. The room may come with broken tiles/ a non-working water drain, etc. Half of the restaurants are closed. Souvenir shops are closed. Poor animation.
Important! The sea is 15 minutes away by bus, which takes you from the hotel at a certain time! The sea is shallow, if you want to see fish, you won't see them here. And in general, you will not see without the extreme expanses of the sea, since the beach at the hotel is located in the bay where there are ships for excursions.
There are planes flying over the hotel, and the audibility in the rooms is excellent.
From a good point of view, the hotel's territory is impressively huge, there are many interesting statues, many pools, and there is a water park. The food is delicious, lots of vegetables, always fish, chicken and various meats for dinner. Local sweets, seasonal fruits.

We didn't regret going. Although it was out of season, the fountains did not work, but dinosaurs and sculptures are just a delight!!! The children were happy, everything was very colorful and interesting! The lighting is just great! You get to the palace like in a fairy tale! We will come again, we will definitely go, I would like to catch the fountains))

At one time, you can see that it was very beautiful there, now it looks more like an abandoned park. The only thing I would advise is that there is only one souvenir shop and the prices are really cheap sooo. A papyrus painting there costs $ 5, the same in the old market for $ 13. So I advise you to visit and choose souvenirs 👌🔥

I sincerely advise against visiting. We were there tonight. Admission is $5 per person. Children (I do not know up to what age, my daughter is 2 years old) for free. A round-trip taxi to the hotel cost $30. The guide advertised something magical to us, but apparently everyone has different requirements. In general, at night, the backlight is Bright only at the entrance, further it is scantier. There is no navigation at all. There are a couple of pointers, but you won't understand where further. A park with dinosaurs (if you can call it that) through a narrow passage along the steps. Animation works only on the first couple of exhibits, everything is so shabby (comparing with the dinopark in Moscow Time, it's just heaven and earth). We didn't find any children's attractions, but we were told that not all of them work (if they work at all). A large area is occupied by the hotel, which is under construction. Fountain. Fast, but beautiful. At the end, they show a movie about Dino and Rex, standing by the fountain, is moving.
We didn't stay at the show (they arrange something on stage from 22 to 24.00, if I remember correctly), it's boring to wait.
In general, if you want to ride a taxi (this is some kind of race without rules), then you can spend money, but I regret this trip and wasted money. Even a 2-year-old child was not particularly impressed.

There is nothing much to do, we walked in a circle, it was noisy, the growling of animals, I think it will be interesting for children under 10 years old, but there is nothing more to do there. It's better to go to the mosque nearby, but for some reason our guide did not let us into the mosque, and I know why, because they don't pay her extra there!
