1. They don't have their own cars in France, they act as an aggregator there (they contact other rental companies for you, book from them and send you to them, including their commission over the price of that rental) maybe Maxim's all over Europe.
2. Maxim, who is, according to the information from the website of this organization, the managing director of the company. A person who will ignore all your questions, if they do not please him, he will not answer them. (In my case, he sent me a voucher that did not contain a specific rental address, only that it was located at the Paris Railway Station (which is huge). There were no answers to questions about the location of the rental desk or the route scheme)
3. Maxim indicated the deposit value of 380 € in the voucher, in fact, the deposit turned out to be 550€ at the rental desk and they do not know about any 380 and are surprised that this agency indicated the amount taken from unknown sources.
When I asked Makim why this was, he replied that he did not know and that it made no difference which deposit you would get anyway (an amazing answer, although everyone usually plans their budget) when I asked to arrange a refund due to a discrepancy (and yes, the car turned out to be of a different make and model), he said write me the reason for which you want a refund, because I don't see any problems. 👍
4. As a result, I still took the car, but after driving it outside of Paris, problems began with it, when I contacted Maxim with requests for help (to return the car or replace it, besides, I have problems with in.yazom and this was the main reason for contacting his organization) Maxim just disappeared!
As a result: the office is bad, he seems to work there alone, the service is 0, the customer orientation is 0, so come to any well-known rental and take a car there, in broken English and with a translator on the phone, they will give you a car and they will explain and tell you everything the same way.
I have been renting a car through this company for the fourth time, very competent and prompt support both at the time of booking and before the delivery of the car. This is especially true for people with a weak foreign language. They help in case of unforeseen events, in my case a flight delay of 6 hours and an accident in Italy.
I give a firm 5 to their competencies.
We took a car from Maxim in Milan for a trip to France for 5 days. Everything is clear, fast without water. I wrote to him at 23:30, and at 10:00 I was already at the airport by car.
Speaking of price, before the trip, I paid in full for 5 days in advance through one company "A* is", which, upon arrival, simply refused to issue a car (like scoring, but in fact they simply do not give citizens of the Russian Federation), so about the price, Maxim turned out to have it at 10 (at 10 Carl!!) it is much cheaper than this charade installation desk.
Now only to him.
If we talk about cars, we took a Fiat 500, we were given a Panda, it is of course a little more scary)) but it's more practical. And what surprised me the most was that they gave me a new car, without mileage. In fact, the car was run-in 900 km on it. I took out insurance from the extras.
