I found this store on the Internet. I needed a brick for the stove. They called and asked, everything was fine. On Tuesday, I called the store, talked to the guy, asked everything, he assured me that the brick on Thursday would be both BOOKED AND ORDERED. But we wanted to buy bricks by pickup. On Wednesday, my daughter overreacted and called, talked to the girl, the seller, about the presence of bricks. She was assured and told that THERE WAS NO NEED TO ORDER AND BOOK, AND WE COULD COME AND BUY RIGHT AWAY. On Thursday morning, we arrived for a brick, but it was not there. And it turns out that it was necessary to book. We bought only 70 pieces of refractory bricks there. But we were advised to shop next to them, where we bought more expensive bricks. All this is unpleasant. Interestingly, if I had ordered the delivery of this brick to the Slutsky district for 260 rubles, then there would probably have been a brick. The sellers are irresponsible and incompetent.
