They suggested "similar" options in their opinion. As a result, instead of a new apartment in the center, we got a smoky barn))) At least it's not near the MKAD!
I called on Sunday 29.10, pre-arranged for a reservation for a certain apartment. On Tuesday 31.10 I called back again and confirmed the reservation for 5-6-7.11. I'm calling 3.11 to clarify. They confirm and begin to demand an urgent deposit to the 50% card. After 20 minutes, a message comes to WhatsApp from another number that I had to unsubscribe somewhere about the booking and did not do it, and the apartment is no longer available. Well, just cruelly.
We booked a KV on the island, there was no feedback until I asked a number of questions myself, in fact we were informed about a deposit of 10 thousand, and 5 hours before arrival they said that kv was unavailable, offered other options, lower in quality, but the price was not reduced, as a result we drove into a smoky, dusty kv, with dirty towels.
They refused to reimburse at least some amount.
I do not recommend this organization.
