About the salon:

I went to this salon for 1.5 years. I did not sign up for a specific master, I always chose according to time. Everything was fine. But the last couple of times I began to get on beginners, the manicure began to last for 2 hours.
And the last time the manicure was done by a master with shaking hands for 3 hours, 20 minutes!!! And it came out very bad, with streaks and bald spots. I was offered to redo it on another day for full payment, and this one got a bonus.
And this is not the most unpleasant thing in this situation, it happens. The most terrible thing is that after my mark on Instagram on a photo of nails with an anti-record in time for a lifetime (without condemnation or even comments), I was stupidly blocked 🤪
The salon's policy is beyond praise👌🏻
