We are glad that we stayed at this hotel. This is exactly the kind of hospitality that all hotels and services should have.
Everything was great: varied and delicious breakfasts (especially desserts - a separate love), room cleaning, the location of the hotel: a very convenient location and you can walk everywhere.
The hotel administration always helped with everything, with all the questions that arose. You have made our vacation and stay in Baku unforgettable. Many thanks to every employee of the hotel!

We had a vacation with my wife in the middle of August. I really liked the hotel, it's a little far from the old town, but the metro is a 15-minute walk away. The owner of the hotel, Ildar, and almost all the staff speak Russian well. Very friendly and helpful people, ready to help at any moment, they will tell you everything and show you. The rooms are small but clean, TV, air conditioning. Shower gel, shampoo and water bottles were replenished every day. The burrows are quiet, there is no noise from the street. Excellent breakfasts: porridge, scrambled eggs or omelette, local cheeses, pastries, fruits, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, and sometimes we had dinner there. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The hotel paid with a UnionPay card because Russian cards are not serviced, or you need to pay in cash (manats). There are several supermarkets, cafes and pastry shops near the hotel. I especially liked the cakes at Venskaya Skazka. We ordered a hotel through Booking with a transfer. We were pleasantly surprised that a Russian-speaking driver met us and even wrote the name and surname on the sign correctly, because there are certain difficulties in writing. We took a taxi to the beach in Mardakan a couple of times, the beaches are paid for guests of the city 20 manats (entrance, sunbed, lifeguards). In general, I liked the people, the hotel, the city, the sea very much. We plan to come to Baku again, we will stay at this hotel.

We were on vacation at this magnificent hotel in December 2024.
Excellent hotel, fully matching the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted our spirits.
Highly qualified Russian-speaking staff was waiting for us at the reception and there was no language barrier, for which we would like to thank you!!!We recommend it!
Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. Cleaning is done efficiently.
The food is great, and there is a large selection of breakfast dishes: desserts, fruits, and freshly squeezed juice.
We will definitely come back here!

Convenient location of the hotel: all the sights of Baku are within walking distance, there is a restaurant with wonderful cuisine, there are local restaurants and shops outside the hotel where you can go for a walk after dinner!!!

We stayed at this hotel, but in a separate branch of them, in a neighboring building in the hostel, we took extra breakfasts, very tasty and varied, the staff is friendly and speaks Russian. It is located near shops and cafes, the area is lively.

There is no time to explain, drop all your business and come here
For a holistic understanding: I have visited >60 countries and thus have a total of more than 100 completed bookings on the booking. I'll tell you honestly and without a single drop of flattery: if it were possible to put 11, not 10, I would honestly put it here. This beautiful place definitely claims to be the top 3 of my best experience in terms of hotels. The interior, which looks at least a million dollars and the well-chosen staff of the hotel exceed all possible expectations, and breakfast obviously leaves an impression better than any dinner in the best restaurants. The hotel manager took care of us so much that we felt as if we had been waiting here for a very long time and were sincerely glad of our arrival! The washed and chopped fruits that were brought to the wine, which the manager noticed with a careful glance in our hands, is just a service of the "WOW!" level. I won't tell you about local towels anymore - this is a separate kind of pleasure - just touch them and everything will become clear. The room had a beautiful balcony, air conditioning, all sorts of nice little things - Azerbaijani tea and coffee with sugar, wonderful shower sets of amazing design and, ATTENTION, underfloor heating! Underfloor heating, do you understand? In general, if you choose a place to stop in Baku, just book here and forget all doubts
