When transferring money from the Halyk Bank card to the Kaspi card through the Home credit application, I was charged a commission of 950 tenge by the Home Credit bank, although when entering the card details, the commission amount was indicated as 0 tenge! I called four operators and no one could answer me why their bank withheld the commission, they advised me to contact Narodny and Kaspi, they said that they did not charge the commission, in addition, the application of the halyk bank indicated Home credit bank opposite the amount of 950 tenge!
