The room itself is excellent, the staff is attentive to customers. But the bank itself is strange in my opinion. They get tired of calling to offer loans and then they refuse to apply without specifying the reason, and again they call to offer and again they refuse, and it all repeats......although there are no such problems with other banks, the story is as clear as a tear.
