we are very unhappy with the goods from the store. we bought a toilet, asked the consultant which budget one to buy (the apartment is rented) BUT to work. they recommended Uzbek. as a result, the toilet does not flush, that is, for me it means that the toilet does not perform its functions. never buy an Uzbek toilet bowl. they also said in the video that there is a service for providing services. how it really works. we asked the consultant, he said that there is no such service. then they asked the employees who are sitting at the cash register, they sent them to another consultant. he agreed to do the job, agreed on the price. closer to the agreed time, the employee asked to pay for his taxi ride, then asked to postpone the time (he wanted to arrive after work, that is, at 22-23 hours).we rescheduled it for the weekend, in the morning (8:30 we expected, we texted) but the employee overslept. I had to look for a replacement quickly, as the deadlines were tight. what we have as a result: we need to buy a new toilet bowl, re-dismantle and install the toilet bowl. terrible service, terrible product was sold.
