A cozy hotel in the central part of the city.
Among the undoubted advantages are cleanliness, courtesy of the staff, a large and warm room, a high-quality and comfortable bed, which is very important for relaxing after a hard day!
Minor shortcomings include the quality of the Internet (wi-fi) in the room, the inconvenient location of the outlets and a poorly varied breakfast with disgusting instant coffee (you can order a normal one for a fee, but it doesn't look at all respectable for such a hotel).
One of the common disadvantages is the lack of an elevator to the floors, which can be inconvenient for elderly or disabled guests.
But in general, I recommend it and I plan to stay there next time!

Amazing! There is such a beautiful hotel in a small town! The breakfasts are continental, very decent, and you can have a good dinner in the cafe in the evening. Cleaning, comfort - no complaints. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only drawback is that we need tees in the rooms: there aren't enough outlets. And the rooms are very good. Thanks to the girls: how was life at home

I really liked this hotel, I gave it the highest rating without any doubt. Check out the room: a private office with a full-fledged desk and a very soft and comfortable sofa, and WiFi works flawlessly. A large comfortable bed, two free sockets on one side. Very high-quality bed linen, a really warm blanket, comfortable pillows. I noticed good faucets and showers. Breakfasts in a nice cafe with a large TV (invigorating music gives a good mood), a continental breakfast with a la carte service, no worse than a buffet. In general, I will not experiment in the future, just here!

Large, clean rooms, with a lot of unnecessary space that is not used. But I still have a lot of questions about breakfast. I've been staying at the hotel for a month and haven't been able to arrange with the restaurant for breakfast to be ready. As a result, he could miss the bus. It's strange that when I asked the receptionist to talk to the restaurant, the receptionist told me that the restaurant does not belong to the hotel and therefore it is impossible to manage them. That's why I preferred to spend all my other business trips in Amelia.

The best hotel apartments in the city. Cozy, clean, warm. There was no heat and hot water in the whole city, but everything is fine here!) The only thing I didn't find a kettle in the room and a very, very modest breakfast for the amount that was paid. For comparison, the cost is more expensive than in Moscow, Hilton-Leningradskaya on the 15th floor with a view of Moscow City and Artcore Moscow Center from locations 800m from the Kremlin....They were cheaper

In general, the hotel is good, spacious rooms, clean, cozy. Very tasty breakfasts in the hotel restaurant, and lunches and dinners, large portions. But: there were interruptions with hot water during the stay, I had to take a cold shower, and there is not enough hallway furniture at the entrance to the room. There is no place to hang a jacket, you have to go through the whole room, put a hat and a spoon for shoes. There was also a missing shoe sponge.

Julia at the reception is a sample of an employee at the reception - smoothes out negative situations, knows how to win over... I neutralized the slight expectation of the design so that I didn't even remember about this expectation.
