After consulting with the management, Olga promised to help...A few weeks later, I received a call with the news that my issue had been resolved. I arrived at the store, and Olga handed me a brand new, absolutely clean shelf, in exchange for a scratched one. This attitude was pleasantly surprised, and even smoothed out the negative from the fact that the movers scratched the tiles in the kitchen during delivery, and the packers sealed the inside of the refrigerator with stationery tape so that they had to wash the adhesive tape from the glasses and shelves all day long.
