I also hoped that since this is a SALON with a fairly high price tag, I am unlikely to run into bad service. Unfortunately, the expectations were not fulfilled.
The master did not explain what was happening, did not ask clarifying questions about preferences, etc., in my opinion, she was tactless in communication, which caused me great discomfort.
After the procedure, the person who was replaced at the reception not only did not ask how everything went, but also did not think to say hello, although I greeted him.
It is strange to notice such moments in a SPA, where a person should relax after a procedure, and not go out with a spoiled mood.
As a result, I paid 72 rubles for a pedicure and long-term coverage. According to the reviews of friends from Grodno, it is overstated, especially with all the nuances.
I really liked the place. A beautiful, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. I also liked the quality of shampoos and other cosmetics. Special thanks to the master, I will definitely come again)

After the change of management, the attitude towards customers has deteriorated significantly and the quality of service in general. They forget about the recordings and no apologies, they put in front of the fact that time is now occupied. At the reception, they do not admit mistakes and deceive. The owner's connections cover the need to fight for the client, there are enough acquaintances to pay off. Since its opening, it has been serviced in the salon. Now I am extremely disappointed. Once again, I found confirmation of this today. I was signed up for 14.10., I came from another city and only when I arrived by taxi, I found out that the employee had mixed up the days. No apologies, we corrected the message in Viber quickly, forgetting that it was all visible.
It's a beautiful place. It's beautiful, atmospheric. The staff is friendly, lots of services. The prices are high, but you know what you're paying for.
