I'll start from afar.
It seems to me that the main problem of many Brest establishments is the service, or rather, the great difficulties associated with it.
Interesting, conceptual institutions are opening up, which bloom and flourish, but often the whole impression is spoiled by the staff and the lack of minimal psychological culture.
At Hookah place, I was led by a desire to try a Porn star cocktail.
When I got inside, I thought that the atmosphere and mood of the place referred to the classic cabaret "Moulin Rouge" and the posters of Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, who, by the way, has become a regular since the opening of the cabaret.
There is a life of its own pulsing in the hookah bar, making its way through the clouds of smoke.
This place has a heart.
But the girls, who have to make sure that visitors are comfortable, seem to be deeply indifferent to how the guests feel.
I watched the communication with the guests and noticed that the girls do not know how to talk. They do not know, getting into complete confusion or worse, going into attacks, how to resolve controversial issues. We are not at all interested in people wanting to stay here.
There are no questions about the menu.
The bartenders are immersed in the process of making drinks.
There is a feeling that the place itself welcomes you, but the people who work here do not.

We have been here more than once. I really liked the atmosphere! It is clear that they respect their customers here. Pleasant music, beautiful serving of drinks. The hookah man is definitely a professional in his field, he quickly navigates the compositions. Tobacco is of high quality, at least in expensive hookahs (which is logical). The big disadvantage was the decision of "someone" to completely remove the kitchen and leave only the bar. So eat at another place 😒

Especially funny is the serving of homemade wine (wine diluted with juice): in a large wine glass, at the bottom as much as 150 ml. It looks like they haven't finished their drink)) In general, I tried to get drunk in good faith, but it didn't work out. The hookah was piled up normally, but it was tasteless. Pleasant interior, attentive staff, perfectly clean bathroom.
I can't appreciate the hookah, since we only ordered drinks.
The choice of drinks is good, it is not entirely clear from the kitchen whether something is being prepared, since only the drinks menu was brought.
The prices are slightly higher than in cafes around the city, but the price ratio fully justifies it.
