This is not an institution, but stupidity. I've been sitting in a cafe nearby for an hour, and in this "hookah bar" they claim that everything is booked and there's just nowhere to sit. Hookah is generally OK, but you usually expect better from hooks. I liked all the cocktails, it was cool outside at the table. There are a lot of board games.

It's not a bad place, with a good atmosphere, music and board games. All hookahs cost 20 euros.
