But the service does not take out, especially in the evenings when at least 50% of the tables are occupied. In addition, the ordering system is not through a waiter or electronically, but through the cashier. This creates a huge queue at the checkout. You stand there for 15 minutes not knowing what to do. Then you wait 40 minutes for food because 1 waiter delivers orders to the entire bar. Then eat warm food at best. If the service is set up, there will be a top. They say they cook steaks well, but I was afraid to order because cold steak is a dubious pleasure.

The waiters are very slow. Portions do not match the price. I ordered a meat set for 4-5 people, in fact for 2.5 people. Similarly with a sausage set, moreover, it tastes so-so. The room is cool, something with ventilation, constantly turned on, as I understand it. "High" tables, what the hell are they for? It is not comfortable to sit, the fifth point is "stiffening", climbing too. In short, there are much, much better options in Almaty for this money.

Disgusting customer service! I tried to order a beer by whatsapp. I sent the seller the beer photos from THEIR WEBSITE that are needed. In response, the seller throws off photos of refrigerators, and says choose - that's what there is. And we will collect it. I reply that he couldn't see for himself what I need. In response, ignore. That is, the seller himself does not know what he has in stock. Boorish attitude towards customers. They don't make the delivery themselves!
