We had breakfast at this place a couple of times when we were on vacation in Astana. The dishes are all delicious, but some portions are too small. The desserts are delicious, we recommend it. The breakfasts are interesting and varied.
The work of the waiters leaves much to be desired. They are either not interested in their work, or they are simply not enough. You can sit for a very long time and there is no one to wait for.

The place itself is very beautiful and bright. Here the service and the kitchen are limping. The waitress was working hard, mixed up the orders, forgot to bring one dish. When the pasta was served, it tasted bland and smelled very strongly of smoke. Desserts and coffee are delicious.

I stopped by for breakfast today. At first glance, the staff is diligent and competent. But the trouble is with the feed rate. The croissant was carried from the window for 10 minutes. Breakfast was prepared about the same time (a little longer). Surprisingly.
The atmosphere and interior are not bad at first glance, but you start to look closely / exploit and see cheap plastic chairs (they may be expensive, of course, but they look and wobble like cheap ones), not very comfortable tables, under which it is difficult to stretch your legs. The coffee was good, but not great. The breakfast is generally good, but for less money there are similar breakfasts, even across the street from them. The choice of breakfasts on the menu at first glance is very extensive, but for me personally, the choice was only two options.
In my opinion, the place is good, but looking at their prices on the menu, you feel a strong price/quality discrepancy.
