Hello.We purchased an engine for a scooter .After the purchase, they noticed that the spark plug on the engine was dirty, as if it had already been used. Oh well. We installed it , it started up , but there was no light , as a result, we went through the entire scooter, including the wiring on the scooter , and decided to check the voltage on the two-pin chip coming from the generator with a multimeter. As a result, we saw that in one contact the AC voltage fluctuates in the range of 20-30 volts, on the second contact there is an alternating voltage in the range of 1-2 volts, therefore the generator is not working properly. The generator housing, as well as other covers and bolts have not been unscrewed since the purchase. As a result, there was a call to the sales department, they redirected me to a service center in Gomel, I called them, the result was this: I got through, said bring it to Gomel, (there is no such possibility, so we ordered home delivery), but then, during the conversation, the employee almost sent, referring to that the connection was interrupted during the conversation and he apparently assumed that I couldn't hear him. The second time she called back, they didn't pick her up, the third time she called, another person picked her up and said that the employee who deals with engines had already left.(the call was made on 03.01.2025 at 17.03)
The result is this: The generator was removed and a new one was installed, and voila, everything worked. Therefore, before ordering something, think about whether you need such red tape later!
