Clear. Attentive receptionists, polite. Good doctors. There are overlays on the time of admission: before an appointment with a cardiologist, you can do a cardiogram in 5 minutes, or you can wait in line for about an hour (depends on the time of year, time of day ...); the reception time is limited for the doctor, when unscheduled patients, emergency, of course, there are delays for patients by appointment.
A recent situation: I made an appointment with a doctor for a certain day and time. The doctor is on sick leave. On the plus side: we rescheduled the appointment for the same day to another doctor. Minus: the time was postponed for almost an hour and they did not call back, did not warn about the change in the appointment time, that they would have to go to another doctor. As a result, more than an hour was spent over the planned time. For a working person on a weekday, such a situation is no longer an overlay, but a violation of labor discipline. If it were not for the understanding on the part of the management, I would have to write an explanatory note for absence from the workplace in excess of what was agreed. I hope this situation will not happen again.

I was referred by a cardiologist. There was tachycardia after covid, the condition was terrible to say the least. Nothing helped from the constant rapid heartbeat.
The doctor listened to everything I wanted to say, that's all, it was very pleasant. I prescribed a prescription drug and vitamins in a higher dose. After starting taking the drug, I felt better. There are good and understanding people working at the reception. A cardiogram and ultrasound are performed by friendly and responsive specialists.
