Dear Kupavo Igor Alexandrovich, I would like to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work on behalf of our whole family for our beloved mother Sirotko Nadezhda Timofeevna. You are a talented doctor from God with golden hands and a warm heart. Being a doctor is your calling. But you are also a wonderful person, kind, sympathetic and able to sympathize with people. You are an excellent specialist who knows your business well. You are confident and determined. These are good qualities for a doctor. I wish you health, prosperity and success in your difficult and noble work. I wish you many grateful patients.
Thank you very much!!!
I like the service and competent medical staff. He brought both a relative and a daughter for surgical treatment. Everything is at a high professional level, polite attitude to patients
It is wonderful that there are doctors like Vladimir V. Rodin! After the most difficult operation (neck phlegmon), I feel good! They saved me from death . I recently asked for help- and it was unselfishly and professionally provided to me. Thank you very much and have a long life and good health!
I got here at night in an ambulance with loss of consciousness against the background of an exacerbation of a chronic illness. I felt terrible, I asked the medical registrar for water at registration, there were no plastic cups) She was sent to wander the corridors in search of an ultrasound and a laboratory, in the latter the laboratory assistant managed to be rude to a polite question from the threshold. In poor health, I had to wait for the test results and the doctor for almost 2.5 hours, as a result, the "doctor" was rude and laughed at the ambulance, which allegedly brought without reason, prescribed medicine from which terrible gastrointestinal problems began (although signs of poisoning were indicated in the ambulance card). Almost all the staff, except for the girl at the blood donation, are not able to work with people and hate their job. I would not like to come here again and not get ANY help again.
2 surgical building 3/4 of the department is trash, which I encountered after I got here on a planned basis. I think the fish rots from the head, but for now I'll tell you from the tail.
1. They write one number of the operation on the referral, but in fact you will wait until the stars come together, namely: the availability of the necessary personnel in the intensive care unit and the availability of a set for this operation.
2. The elderly should not be left alone here, there will be no one to lift them out of bed, feed them, take care of them, plan treatment. Because doctors are drunk at night, there are not enough nurses, they hire interns, and this intern runs alone on the entire floor between the wards, trying to fulfill all appointments.
3. Nurses physically do not have time to get around everyone, so the ducks will stand and stink all day, and catheters with urine will lie on the floor inflated like a balloon.
4. The attitude of doctors is arrogant, arrogant. They won't listen much, only if you're not dying.
5. There are no lifting rings (supports) above the beds with patients after abdominal surgery, so everything is through pain.
6. Do not expect frequent bandages, because there is a shortage of dressing material. But you can buy it and you will be happy to be bandaged.
7. It's not a fact that they will put a catheter in your arm the first time, because they use needles out of size, as well as syringes from the category of "what's left".
P.S. I think all the above problems do not happen by themselves, the hospital is in an abandoned state, there is a shortage of medical staff, lack of tools, materials and other things. So, think about whether it's worth going to bed here, and don't leave your loved ones here!!!! I have not described all the horrors, and not in real colors! Rather than a hospital, it is a place for self-survival!
There is a very good person here, even I would say an excellent person and a specialist in his field. This is a doctor, the head of the department, a urologist. My name is Ali.If you have problems with its specifics, I highly recommend it both as a person and as a doctor. His father-in-law was at my reception.I wish there were more such specialists!!!
Thank you very much to the young doctor ENT, unfortunately I do not know his name, for saving my son.He had otitis media, had a puncture, and his son is on the mend.He was very polite, explained everything, told me.a request to the management to encourage their employee.it was 06/25/2024 at about 11 o'clock in room 162. good luck to you, dear Man, in your future career.activities.
I want to express my gratitude to the urologist Al-Rubai, a wonderful specialist and a person who did not refuse to replace the cystoma to my father, despite the fact that he is not attached, my father is 83 years old. As for the nurse, Lyudmila Iosifovna, that person also yelled at both the doctor and us, kicked us out of the office and sentenced us not to appear in their office anymore (She also threatened that the doctor would be fired because of us.Is this even normal?
Many thanks to Vadim Grigoryevich Adashchik, He is a very competent specialist and knows how to explain and suggest everything. The doctor pays attention to every detail and takes a serious approach to solving the problem. It would be great if there were more such doctors!
I went to the hospital for emergency help, to an ENT doctor. Wonderful reception staff: polite and friendly. They were issued quickly. The ENT doctor (unfortunately did not ask for a first name / patronymic) is very sensitive and attentive. They took an X-ray, took a blood test-everything was fast and clear. According to the indications, treatment was prescribed. Thank you.
Congratulations to all the medical staff of the surgical building of the 4th hospital.Savchenko happy Medic's Day! I would like to express my special gratitude to the head of this department, Klimchuk Ivan Petrovich, for his professionalism, sensitive and attentive attitude to patients.I wish you success in this difficult but noble work.
For two years, they tried to get a femoral popliteal bypass surgery for my husband. The operation was performed
, but unsuccessfully. The result was a shunt thrombus. We turned to the head of the department Klimchuk with the question "what to do next?" The response was "we can't do the operation again." He can't explain anything, answer questions, and behaves arrogantly. They turned to another doctor Zhdanovich with the same question, the answer was "vascular surgery can do nothing to help, only amputate." And you think that these are highly qualified specialists who use modern technologies and innovations. I don't know who writes positive reviews, but the doctors refused to help us.
I contacted my polyclinic about the fact that it hurt a lot. They prescribed treatment, which made it even worse. I arrived at the 4th hospital in the evening. The doctor got very competent, conducted a careful examination, an anazil of blood was ready in 10 minutes and excellent treatment was prescribed. I am very grateful to such people who are in their place!
I want to express my immeasurable words of gratitude to the entire team of specialists as part of:
Surgeon Oliferko Sergey Alexandrovich, assistant Chokheli G.V., anesthesiologist Efimchik N.A., operating nurses - Kvartalnaya A.N., Danchenko V.L., med.Anaesthetist sister Savelyeva A.S., nurse Sarapulova N.S., who performed laser nephrolithotripsy on 04.04.24 for me. These are real high-class professionals in their field. They are very friendly and attentive.
Thank God, I am not a "frequent visitor" to the operating table and was pleasantly surprised by the attention and care of Doctors Oliferko S.A. and Efimchik N.A. after the operation.
And, of course, many thanks to the young doctor of the 3rd urological department Gylydzhov G.A., head of the department Yasyukayt D.R. for the quick and correct solution of my problems.
YOU are the best!!!. I wish you and your loved ones good health and success in your noble field. We are very dependent on you and need your help. I bow low to you!!!.
Thank you very much to all the medical staff for their attentive attitude. Your work is priceless! They were admitted quickly at the reception department, tests, fluorography and an ECG were done. I was in the department an hour after I went to the hospital. The department is very clean. The food is of course without salt, but delicious)))
I would like to express my gratitude to the doctors and medical staff of the hospital. The operation was performed on 02/16/2024 . Special THANKS to the Doctors who performed the operation:Zaslavsky Sergey Evgenievich, assistant- Lepeshko Stanislav Gennadievich, anesthesiologist- Anna Nikolaevna Shitkova for your professionalism, kind attitude, sensitivity. Many thanks to the nurses :
The King to Svetlana Georgievna, Maleeva Olga Sergeevna, Stolyarevskaya Lyudmila Viktorovna!!! THANKS to the Head of the Department of General Surgery:
Thank you to George Nikolaevich and
the whole team of general surgery!!!You are all professionals in your field and wonderful people!!!! thank you!!!!
My uncle was in the new urology building. The wards are new and spacious. Two people are lying on postoperative beds... If only we had added more staff: one nurse and one nurse for the entire floor! You won't answer...
He was treated from January 31 to February 14 this year in the 3rd urological department.High-class specialists work here. Many thanks to all the staff and especially to the attending physician Gylydzhov G.A. and the doctor on duty Ovchinnikov A.Yu. Shafar A.D., Minsk, ul.Lenin 8 Rating 5
The disgusting boorish attitude in the receptionist's office. My husband had a backache all night in the kidney area, the ambulance gave him an anesthetic injection and said if it didn't go away, go to the 4th hospital. What we did when we arrived there at 6 a.m. on Sunday. Madam registrar replied "not good morning" to the greeting, I began to discuss the problem, to which she said that this was neurology, that the ambulance was not doing that, that she found out where the kidneys were only when she tripled to work at the hospital, and they hurt people, you see, and a ton more outrage so far She registered my husband. As a result, after the examination, my husband discovered a kidney stone. I would like the administration of this hospital to pay attention to its staff and conduct explanatory conversations that you should not be rude to people. If they come to this institution, then they need help!!!
I want to highly appreciate the work of the doctor from the MRI office - an extremely pleasant girl, works masterfully. This is a well-deserved 5 stars!!!
At the same time, there is something to work on and with whom in the admissions department:
upon admission on 11/23/13, with suspicion of TBI, I had to stand at the receptionist's window, for the third time to push my data, pull her documents, listen to her questions - she deliberately spoke quieter. This elderly perhydrous blonde has a solid 1 (unit).
I felt unwell and had to sit down on a bench near the wall. It was uncomfortable to lean my head against the wall. Therefore, 3.
Without completing the survey, this one did not even leave the booth, sent a policeman who calmly and politely questioned me, asked how I was feeling, if I needed water. But he's not a medic! It's a pity when random people get into the profession!
I wanted to get tested for the Rh factor, but it didn't work out. To submit the analysis in one building (the time of delivery is limited), to conclude a contract in another building.
The cost is +- the Lode level, but they are still very far from this level!
The hospital is average, the staff and maintenance of the wards are average, Patients with additional sores Can be in one ward, Free admission, you can go to any ward.
Well done! Everything is organized clearly. I didn't stand in line anywhere. I went to the registry office - and before I reached the office, I was already called to the doctor for an appointment.
The doctor is attentive, she pronounced all her actions, for which she is very grateful. I had a puncture of the maxillary sinus - not the most pleasant procedure. But everything went well.
Girls from the cabinet √ 160- THANK YOU!
I WISH YOU ALL GOOD HEALTH!
The repairs at the hospital were excellent, but this did not affect the quality of service in any way. The parents took turns in pulmonology during the year. Dad was lucky, he got to the head. Therefore, the treatment was effective and under control. Mom wasn't so lucky. There is no bypass on weekends, the nurse is on duty drunk on weekends and is not even able to pour medicine for inhalation. The second nurse removes the catheter without treatment. They are outraged beyond belief!
Good and friendly medical staff. Great location. There are many buildings and entrances to the hospital territory. There is a paid provision of services. The emergency room is working fast.
The operation was performed here in cardiology. The intensive care unit is decent, new, chic, and the operating room is generally impressive! The girls in the intensive care unit are just smart. Each patient is washed, treated, the bed is changed every day, treated in one word as if they were relatives. I am extremely grateful to the girls from the intensive care unit and the entire team that operated on me! Thank you for your life and wonderful attitude!!!
I want to express my deep gratitude to Nikolai Alexandrovich, a horny vascular surgeon, for helping my father and saving his leg!!! He is a professional in his field, understanding, polite and a Doctor with a capital letter! We are very grateful to you
!!! May everything always work out for you! You find a solution where sometimes it seems there is none! Thank you very much!!!
My husband was lying before the New Year (he was admitted by ambulance with suffocation at the weekend to the doctor on duty). Such a place.... On Monday, the attending physician began to ask her husband questions about why he was prescribed antibiotics and in general, why he was hospitalized (probably, it was necessary to read the medical history "in scrap"). After 5 days, the husband was thrown home, although the attacks of suffocation remained, with the words "this is not our profile, you need a pulmonologist." Prescribing examinations or transferring to another department are also not their methods... In short, the 4th hospital is no longer the same....
The hospital is like a hospital, but the attitude of the staff and their qualifications raise many questions (in particular, the surgical department of the 2nd building).....
My mother was lying in the pulmonology department, after a course of chemotherapy there was fluid in her lungs. There are no questions for the attending physician and the procedural nurse - they are prescribed and performed clearly and competently. But a junior nurse is just something:he works until 17 o'clock, shouts and insults an old sick person, changes the bed, brings a ship-not a royal business. No one will come up and ask if a person with a diuretic drip needs something.God forbid you to be old and sick in the 4th hospital department of pulmonology.
One of the best hospitals in Minsk, specializing in urology and cardiology.
Leading specialists have extensive experience and practice, knowing their medical business perfectly.
Thank you for your hard work!!!
I got into the emergency department of otorhinolaryngology at this healthcare organization.
Medical workers are People with a capital letter.
Despite their young age, the guys are professionals in their field.
Good health, good luck and patience in hard work!
It is the kindness and responsiveness of specialists that cover all the disadvantages of this place, and they definitely exist.
Good service, on a day off, ear-throat-nose provided comprehensive assistance. I am very pleased with the work of the medical institution. Many thanks to the medical staff.
The pregnant girl was taken by ambulance to this hospital ENT office. The entire left side of the face was blocked, it hurt under the eye (exacerbation of chronic sinusitis). The attitude is negligent, to say nothing, at first a young girl left the office, began to interview everyone in the corridor who was in pain and, without even understanding, offered to go for an X-ray (after which I reminded her that I was pregnant), she came to her senses. But the most terrible thing is that the pregnant girl was diagnosed according to the tests of an outsider man (which were good) and her full name was clearly written there. She looked at me as a person who just uselessly takes up her time, wrote a local treatment for the nose and throat, which you already doubt, without really explaining anything, sent it. And it's good that we stayed under the office, she came out and came to her senses that she did not perform an examination according to my tests, because mine really are not very good. But I didn't go into much detail here either. I sent her home, in a really bad state.
4 a clinical hospital cannot be called a medical institution—it is a place for death. My father, a disabled person of the first group, was hospitalized in 1 cardiology, and the way they treated him there can be called in one word: bullying!!! On Sunday, Tajik students are on duty at the posts, who do not know a word of Russian, communicate in gibberish, which is impossible to understand at all. At the words insulin - protamine, they climb into Yandex to read what, in principle, we are talking about ...! It's absurd, because these are almost ready-made doctors!!! The urinary catheter was put to my father in such a way that they practically made him disabled, because after this manipulation, everything swelled and bled!!! Much more can be said about this medical institution ....Tip: if your relatives are elderly or disabled, send them to this medical institution only with your personal and round-the-clock presence, otherwise you risk taking back a large black package with a referral to a two-meter apartment!!!
If it were possible, I would give minus 100 stars to this institution…
Take care of yourself and your loved ones!
Somehow I had to lie down in the hospital. The conditions are decent: wards for 2 people, a separate shower for 2 wards, a separate toilet for 2 wards. The food is also well varied. In the hallway there is a wardrobe for outerwear. You can go outside. Or home. Treatment depends on the qualifications of the doctor. How lucky

I wish you all good health. The other day I applied to this institution. Everything happens in life... I would like to express my deep gratitude to the nurse of the emergency department Tuzhakova Tatyana Sergeevna! A professional in his field with a capital letter. Thank her very much, otherwise we are already beginning to forget such a word as "Humanity".
A good hospital, many different departments, it is convenient that it is very close. There are both paid services and free of charge. Paid services are not sky-high compared to medical centers.
Thanks to the surgeons who performed surgery on my mother's veins. During the operation, the doctor commented on his actions, was interested in his well-being, calmed and encouraged. Unfortunately, we did not find out the last name, but we are very grateful that everything went easily and quickly. We signed up for the second leg. Thanks!
It is better not to go there by car, because finding parking in the vicinity is still a quest. Some of the equipment is modern, and most of it is from the late USSR. Actually, the furniture is the same trouble, personally, the bench in the caridor was noticeably bent before me. But all these claims are overlapped by the profisionalism of doctors and sanitary staff.
