The center is a huge plus. The price is adequate... The ceilings are high. The kitchen is like a kitchen, everything is there... Kondey worked perfectly. I came in from the stuffy street, it was already chilly. They don't save money on cold air... Conclusion: for your money, it's a very good choice.

Very convenient location, in the city center. Transport accessibility. There are cafes and shops nearby. Of the cons: thin doors, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway; very poor wifi

I took a room on the 1st. There was a shuttered window that probably looked out into the elevator shaft, so it smelled damp. there is a shared shower and toilet in the hallway - it was also damp there for both 2 days that I lived. if you just want to spend the night, then it's quite budget-friendly, the center is next to the metro. the guys at the respawn turned a blind eye to the fact that my friend also spent 1 night, although according to the rules there should be 1 person in a single room.
