Accommodation is cheap, the staff really speaks (in fact, for 2018) Russian, and is well located. We had a room with a bathroom, which was also nice. The room had a small refrigerator and a TV. These were the advantages.
Of the cons: they cleaned every three days, the room had a somewhat shabby look, the windows faced a blank wall (but what could you expect for such a price?), getting drinking hot water was a big problem.
But in general, if you only sleep there, it's quite decent.
On a budget, the center is the main and only advantages) everything is old inside, the atmosphere is so-so, but for this money, this is what you should expect :)
