The location is simply the best!! In the very center! Friendly staff. The audibility is incredible, the windows are in the well... You can hear your neighbors better than you can hear yourself. Plumbing, electricity, etc. does not work from the part, it is inconveniently located...cleanliness is very conditional.
But! Price+location+human factor!! It's great to come after a walk and fall asleep, I will recommend it!
