A good economy option for a short period of time. The hostel is clean, they ask you to put on shoe covers at the entrance, but everything is very modest and minimalistic. There is a kitchen-dining room with a kettle, stove, microwave, refrigerator and a small set of dishes. You can take a shower. I didn't like the slight smell in the rooms from the solid fuel boiler, but it probably won't be there in the summer.
We rented a Suite room for 10,000 tenge . We felt very comfortable. A soft bed. The bathroom is cozy. Hot water from the boller, as it turned out later, is all over the city. There was enough water for our small family.
The administrators are polite and helpful. We felt like a family thanks to the kind attitude of the staff. 😀
The bed linen is a bit old, it was torn somewhere and there were traces of bedbugs. But at the same time, there are no bedbugs themselves. We slept peacefully
I rented a room for two for 3500 per day , the TV does not work, the amenities in the corridor and so for that kind of money it's okay, another time I rented a Suite of 10000 per day everything is fine but the TV does not work there either
I stayed one day in mid-August in a suite room in this hotel. Polite receptionists. The room has a large double bed, a bathroom, a TV, a pair of bedside tables and a small table. Refrigerator, kettle, dishes are shared in the kitchen. There is no smoking in the rooms. The audibility from the room, however, is quite high. The hotel has its own water heater. I was pleased with my own parking in front of the hotel. Payment per room per day. That is, I stopped by at 14:00, left the next day at 14:00.
A very cool hostel. Good service, a choice of rooms from a regular multi-bed to a double room with a separate shower and toilet. The staff is polite, the rooms are clean, the kitchen is comfortable
For some reason, I lost things in this hostel 2 times, be careful of the staff, they touch other people's things without asking, preferably I do not recommend this hostel!!!
Both the hotel and the hostel are two in one. I used the suite room - a wide double bed, a large TV, a bathroom - all the pleasure at a seemingly affordable price (in terms of rubles about 1300 per day). A kitchen stove for cooking writing, you can also pay with a card, which is important for me personally.
All the best, happy New year of the Tiger.
Just a great hostel , not expensive , conveniently located , clean , tidy , dining area , excellent staff , somewhere off the road to spend the night is just perfect , near all bazaars and shops , railway station is not far away .
They declared it as hotel rooms, but in fact it was a student dormitory with doors without locks, there was a queue in the toilet, you couldn't get into the shower, although when you planned, the shower toilet in the room was indicated on the booking. Everything is old.people in karedors are naked, in their underpants.and the price is like in a hotel.
This is a men's hostel, not a hostel.I called 10 times during the year, the answer is "everything is busy, only men live here,"the admin is kind of nervous and with an accent
