The completely insane cost of living, arbitrarily invented by the leadership of the KHMAPO in violation of all laws. Attempts to force the administration of the academy to approve legal tariffs for several years have not been successful. The condition of communications is deplorable, repairs (cosmetic only!) it was made only in the corridor of the 1st floor. Residential premises are forced to repair the residents themselves. The administration of the hostel extorts bribes for the settlement. It is a pity that it is impossible to put 0 stars.
